I think they need to be investigated.The secretary has been caught in an action of deceiving people and the owner hides behind her.I have ever reason to believe there is more going on and thus business should be forced into closing and investigating starting with the books.The lies and deceiving , rudeness and dishonesty only means they are hiding something and it's time to start asking for an investigation.

This place has the worst customer service got yelled at on the phone just trying to get information about getting a trailer I bought from there yard. Told they only take payment in person they do not take credit card by phone and would not take an e transfer. Today when there in person they kept me locked out of the building until there paperwork was ready about 20 min even when I explained I just had back surgery and I can go sit in the car it's to hard to get in and out with our lots of pain. It was cleaner outside then in the building and they are very rude and unprofessional will never use them EVER.

Why is there not a negative star option . This is by far the most unpleasant and unprofessional business to deal with . The lady at the desk needs to be replaced with someone with manners, dignity and the knowledge of how to respect customers . I cannot believe she is allowed to talk to people the way she does . So very disrespectful and disgusting . I would rate the business ZERO STAR .

Most expensive in the city. No good customer services from management. We have been here last year and we wished we never come back again…..

The worst customer service. Rude staff that swear at you. Don't expect anything positive from this business. Don't know how this business stays in business with all of these telling low, 1-star reviews from the majority of the public.

I could use 500 words to explain my experience. I'm giving this one star, for customer service of a retail customer if I can get five stars for rudeness by the office staff. There's two other towing companies in medicine hat. I recommend trying those two companies and Willies Towing as a last resort. I recommend any complaints you contact medicine hat, Chamber of Commerce lodge complaint with them. I also recommend calling complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I did. And I have a police file number to back it up. I'm very sorry that my first experience with this company was so negative. It's the first time I have ever written a review about anybody or any company. Eventually with enough complaints. To the Chamber of Commerce, they will be refused a business license.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Told to wait outside in freezing temperatures while they took their time getting my paperwork. The secretary was the rudest person. Would NEVER recommend this company

Terrible customer service, unnecessarily rude both to me and anyone I have asked to call on my behalf in hope for better response.There is practically a community of people in the comments who have been treated disrespectfully while dealing with this disappointingly unprofessional “business”.

My husband recently passed away and I gave my son his dads car . However it was impounded because of maintainer enforcement.My son was just getting his life together when this happened.So I decided to take the car back until he could resolve his issues with maintenance.It was my husband car and part of out family memory.It was impounded on the 1st of May. The rude secretary said we could not pick it up till June 2. I called them and asked if I could keep the car their till the 16 th of June and my son would’ve pay the extra on top of the cost.She said no and that it would go to reclamation (sale).Then I called back offering to pick it up but she’s then lied and said the car was not their.I drove their and noticed they damaged the car.I called the police.The secretary lied to me the whole time . After the police called and said the car was there and I could go get it.A totally different story when the police called them.The secretary totally lied to me.It was my late husbands car and they absolutely were cruel and heartless that they would not hold it till the 16 of June.Money over human compassion. This business is very dodgy and leaves a lot of suspicious questions.Very dodgy with answers and hides information. I hope the police will investigate this company because they hide things and are not forthcoming.
