A wonderful experience. All of the staff are friendly, skilled and supportive. I skipped the dentist for 10 years mostly out of fear. I will never skip again. I was treated with the utmost care, respect and empathy.

From the front desk staff to the assistants, hygienists and doctors, they were absolutely wonderful. Very clean, bright and modern facility. Both of the Dentists here are wonderful. The Hygienists and front staff are lovely too. My kids don't hide under the bed when it's time for their Dental appointments because this practice is very kid friendly.

All of the staff have been lovely, they make it so easy to book, send reminder texts so you never forget your appointments, and Dr. Bennetts is the best dentist I've ever had!

Switched from another local dentist, electric city is very new but the staff is very experienced.I have problems with dentists in that the hygienists try to go too fast and are too rough. My gums are sensitive. I ask kindly to slow down and I'm usually ignored until I am forced to be more aggressive about it. Dentists usually just want patients in an out as fast as possible to maximize profits.This was not the case with electric city. Right from the beginning I was treated like a customer. I personally don't want reminder phone calls. Unlike the previous one, they had no problem. Front desk staff was on the ball and got the estimate from my insurance company without me asking.Wait times were very low. Maybe 10 minutes, waiting room was not crowded.All equipment is new and from what I can tell state of the art.Hygienist was very kind and most importantly she actually listened when I explained my sensitive gums and asked her to take her time. Didn't have to ask again! She was very gentle but thurough. Dentist was kind and took the time to explain more than any dentist I've had ever has.

AMAZING!!!!!!! I brought my daughter this evening for a filling. She had work done previously at a local office where she had a horrible experience (she uses healthy smiles, which I feel the previous dental office looked down on us for, Rushed the procedure and just genuinely didn't take care of my daughter .) That is NOT the case with electric city. The ladies here are so kind and thoughtful, I was almost brought to years to see them take such good care of my baby girl . I wish I could give 10 stars. ❤️

Dr.Koren was lovely & so was the front desk personnel, sometimes a rare occurrence with medical offices. Loved our experience & highly recommend

He had his first appointment today and was amazed at the care and concern that he was shown. No pain. And clean teeth and a filing all done professionally and swiftly We are delighted to be part of the electric city dental family !!

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Switched to them after being with my previous dentist for 5 years and my only regret is that I hadn't switched sooner. They do a great job and work very quickly. Kurth dental tried and failed 3 times to fill a gap in my teeth, these ladies did it first try.

Such welcoming, kind, professional, GENTLE and informative staff. I put off going to the dentist for way too long and I felt zero judgement. The office is lovely as well.
