I needed a piece of glass to protect a small rectangular table so I just went to the website and filled out the form for measurements and glass type. I received a confirmation and a couple of weeks later I got a call that the glass was ready for pickup and payment. It was such a simple process and the price was reasonable. The glass looks great and I would definitely use Crystal Glass again. Thanks.

Made an appointment for a house call and the tech showed up on the wrong date. At the time, over the phone, we confirmed the correct date, but he still didn't show up the correct day.

We had a rock chip repair done here, and the crack continued, even after the second attempt. They did not use the glue. Seems like a bunch of young guys not taking their job seriously.

Had my pickup truck side window smashed out in a parking lot one afternoon and called these guys. Customer Service booked me in over the phone for the next morning, doubling checking that they had the proper window before confirming the appointment. Dropped it off before opening as I had work, and dumped the keys in the drop box. Guys in the shop gave it a good vacuuming, noting the piles of shattered glass had disappeared. Upon inspection of the door panel, I won't have even guessed that they'd had the panel apart to install the glass. Thanks for the quick save 97th Street Edmonton crew.

Stopped by Friday afternoon to see if they could cut a small piece of glass for me. Took only 15 minutes. I have a shed window installed in my fence for my Boxers. Thay are very happy now. lolGreat staff & service.

The staff and installers at this location have gone above and beyond for us after we got ice damming in our house and most of our windows blew out. They were so patient and kind and after installing at our house twice, they gave us a nice discount on our last window. They are so efficient and helpful and it is so much appreciated! I happened to be in the area after being stood up by another windshield repair shop earlier in the day that didn't have any technicians available (all out doing service calls!) when I showed up for a crack repair even though I had booked an appointment the day before, so I called this Crystal Glass location and they luckily had an opening right away while also quoting the same low price as that other place!Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile by Pat who took a look at the windshield crack and although he suggested that it might be a difficult repair, he was willing to give it a try and in the end he was able to seal it and so far so good!Great experience, very friendly staff, quick/effective repair, and even the well-mannered pitbull that was with me was welcome to wait in the waiting room where we were kept company by the pleasant receptionist!

Super nice people and communicated very well! Called in and was able to get an appointment the same day which was quite fortunate as I wanted to get the windshield replaced quickly.
