Very clean facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. The menu was accommodating for children (good options). Portion sizes were also good . We went at an off time so we had no problem parking and the dining area was quiet and not busy.

Food is alright fairly cheap, but I always get my burger with no bun no cheese, no tomatoes and 95% of the time, they somehow manage to mess it up and put cheese on it or the bun. Sometimes they take a ridiculous amount of time to serve you the food. Last time I was there, it took 45 minutes to get my order, there were only 5 people waiting before me. It’s clear that these employees are not trained properly and their management skills are not very good. Only go here if u have time to spare or nobody else is waiting for food.

Rude and unfriendly staff. My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru, I ordered a chicken strip meal with the new ghost pepper fries, and the lady gave the total right away. We said we weren’t finished ordering yet and she didn’t care and told us to come up to the window. Once we got there we said we weren’t done ordering and she was extremely irritated by the fact we wanted another meal. Chicken strip dips were wrong, they were out of water bottles, and the staff couldn’t be bothered to help. Horrible location.

I regularly order lunch at this location, wait times are pretty good and food is what you'd expect, my only complaint would that I like there sour & chives baked potato, but i never receive all of the things that it should come with, like a knife & fork, salt & pepper, butter & sour cream, usually they miss out on S&P and a knife.Today all i got was the K&F nothing else, please update your Staff on this matter so don't have waste time sitting in your drive thur , asking for what should be included

Ordered on my lunch break. 1 baked potato, 1 sm chili, and a med frosty. Waited about 5 mins for food, got handed a bag, and no frosty enquired about my frosty. I got told i didn't pay for one. So said fine paid for it, but sure, i already paid. Now I have to wait again ... my mistake. i didn't look in the bag, but i got a med fries instead of my med frosty, which i never ordered but paid for. So I was annoyed that i threw 3$ fries away as i didn't eat or want them. When i explained your staff was very rude ....not a good experience.

This was by far the grimiest drive thru I’ve even been to, worst experience. Early in the morning, just after midnight January 15 @ 1am. I ordered three meal combos & they gave me incorrect change back. They were off by like $23(wonder how many other people they rip off, that don’t even notice). Once I mentioned this, they started speaking in their foreign laughing giving us our order. Then they kept asking is the food okay (while laughing), I told them I’m checking it. Then they slammed the window in my face & closed the drive thru. Then I checked the food, it wasn’t packed properly, all sloppy & gross looking & looked like it had spit in it. I tried to go back & get a refund, but they were all just staring not even opening the window. The food literally went to waste, can’t trust what they might have done to it. How rude & disgusting, not happy with this establishment at all. Totally wouldn’t recommend this place, those girls should be ashamed of themselves. If you don’t like your job, find another one where you don’t have to interact with people, worst customer experience ever, oh my gawd!
