Having tried one of the other hearing aid business in Nanaimo I am delighted with quality of service, of information, with the quality of the product that I have recieved from Chris at NexGen. I HIGHLY recommend meeting him to discuss why you do and maybe do not want a hearing aid.

I recently had a question for Chris regarding an app for my hearing aids. He immediately came back to me with detailed instructions on how to pair my hearing aids with my cell phone and then to the “Find my hearing aid” app. On other occasions Chris and Mia have quickly responded to my questions / concerns with their outstanding service.I have highly recommended them and their quality products to friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Highly recommended. Chris took the time to answer all my questions, evaluate what I needed, and recommended a great set of aids that are going to make a huge difference for me. Brilliant.Update: 10 days later and I'm loving the hearing aids. Thanks so much!Update number 2: called about an accessory for my hearing aids, and Mia (spelling?) was super helpful, even hand-wrote instructions for me on how to set it up! I couldn't recommend them more ... and I do often and loudly!
