Above and beyond service , Edwin helped me out with my Note10+ stucked sim card holder, he replaced a small mechanism inside and was done in just about 15mins. Was good setting up reviews to help people find places to serve them well.

Did a full cleaning of my phone, took less than 5 minutes and they insisted it was free.Extremely friendly, and helpful staff!I asked about Apple Watch screen protectors, they said they don’t do them anymore and then gave me a list of 3 places they recommended

Not many people are willing to spend their time when there is no money on it. I explained the situation to the technician what i am struggling with over a few weeks. I have spoken to the Samsung support multiple times over hours and there was nothing they can do except, they send me to this nice person. I visited the store in September 2022 and dealt with Edwin. My phone has been stolen and I found it smashed up and inoperable. Edwin was great, sold me on an after market screen for my iPhone xr and explained is was life time warranty for certain issues. Everything was looking good and my phone was working again.Fast forward to Feb 2023, I come back as I have a line down my screen which is stopping certain keys from working - as described by Edwin it would be covered under warranty. However this time Rob is in the store and off the hop he is telling me nothing but no. He also wants me to pay MORE than I paid for the first replacement. He told me I will have to pay now and call the 1-800 line to disput later. I'm not happy and so I ask him the number as i will be calling now, he tells me to look it up on the website. In front of him I start doing this and he tells me they aren't open until Monday. (It's Saturday). We go back and fourth and he goes to look at my phone and rips the screen protector off in a quick motion which also took the screen right off the phone. NOW ITS COMPLETELY NOT WORKING and the scrren is black where as it was just a couple letters on the key board before hand.Im telling him this has to be warrantied and he's still saying no. So now I need a screen and i agree to pay so he goes looks for one and doesn't even have stock. TERRIBLE.

This location at Southcentre Mall was easy to find and get to. When I got here I was helped immediately by friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was in & out of the store fairly quickly as there weren't any other customers at the time. I dropped off my daughter's cell phone to have the screen fixed after she dropped her phone & shattered the screen. They told me the phone would be ready in a few hours & it was. Once it was ready for pick up they called me & I went to pick it up, & once again I was in & out in a few minutes helped by great staff. They did a wonderful job repairing the phone...it looked like new :) It was a very positive experience for me. Thanks!!

The service was great, as was the $440 received for our old phones.Points lost for their choice of pre paid card carrier. These cards worked for one day, and have declined everywhere else since. Trucash customer service doesn’t answer their phones. I hope they choose a better pre paid card provider in the near future
