Newborn session: There were no issues until we scheduled the meeting and paid the money but after that communication was little slow till the event.No issues with the actual shoot and she did take nice photos. We asked for photos to be delivered in 10 days ( As we were planning to use photos on birthday celebration) and in the meeting she agreed to it and asked to send reminder just in case. (Usual turn around time is 2 weeks)We sent her reminder on 3rd day, 5th day and 8th day just to see what's going on but there was no response. So, we were worried what if we don't get photos on time?At last we tried to contact on the day before the birthday celebration and finally got reply that we will get photos at Night before birthday. So, that was some relief.Actual photos turned out good. ( i wouldn't say best but it is good for the money) but I would expect communication should be lot better than what we experienced.She did deliver on time we requested but you expect business to respond to your inquiries.
