Always knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile. As a woman with size 11 feet it's often hard to find shoes that fit and are stylish. This place is my first stop, if they don't have it they will find it! I got my first birkenstocks and some blundstone lookalikes (but much better quality) here when no one else carried my size/style.

My buddy bought a pair of shoes at this location, one of the shoe did not fit right went back to the store. Manager took the shoes for two weeks and gave it back saying there is nothing that they can do. Horrible service and management. So much for supporting a local company. Me and the friends will never shop here again….

Came into the store 1/1/2023. The female associate working around 2pm was super helpful and knowledgeable. She tried her best to help my partner find the perfect fitting shoe and gave great recommendations. We did not find what we were looking for that day, but the level of expertise was impressive and we will be back. I would recommend coming here as these guys know what they are talking about!

Wonderful service, wonderful selection! I have hard to fit feet (size 6.5, D/E, and use an insole). The woman who helped me was fantastic and persevered to find me boots that worked for me. Never have I had actual *choices* on what fit me, so I ended up buying both pairs I liked.

The staff here are wonderful! I have very difficult feet to fit and they always find something that works perfectly. Its a great store for great service, a nice variety of comfortable but fashionable shoes and a great consumer points program too!

I couldn't find any sandles that would work for my feet but they have a good variety of shoes in store.
