I never had a bad experience there. I have no clue where these other negative comments are coming from!! These guys have a FANTASTIC product for insulation needs. No more breathing in dust and itchy fibreglass. When you call, ask for Ron Schneider and he will be more than glad to help you out. Hope this helps, more positivity people...we need it in these times!

It has been a pleasant experience to work with Ripplepak. Not only they provide the full production line, making everything much more convenient and efficient, but they are also customer-oriented and provide excellent service, would highly recommend it.

CAUTION TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH RIPPLEPAK.I'm leaving these comments to let everyone know about our experience with RipplePak and prevent them from doing this to someone else in the futureOctober 2017 we placed an order with Ragui Ghali of Ripplepak. We received a written quote for 1000 corrugate boxes. After placing the P/O and being 3 days into production, Ragui sent an email saying that his supplier had messed up and the boxes were actually double the price. He tried to place the extra costs on us even though we had already accepted the quote, placed a P/O and were half way through production. It wasn't until I drove out to his office to deal with situation that he agreed to honour the initial quote.After that it was smooth sailing until delivery day, the boxes arrived and Ragui sent over an invoice for the job. The invoice reflected the original honoured quote and was paid. It wasn't until we tried to pick up our printing plates that Ragui explained he had to also get a cutting die created and that he was charging us for that as well. In addition to Ragui and RipplePak trying to change the quote mid production, at no point in time was there ever mention of a cutting die cost. We double checked email correspondence, the quote, as well as the final invoice for the job! We're currently still dealing with the situation as he's holding our printing plates hostage and refusing to release them to us.We are a small company and it became very obvious that he used this to his advantage to deceive us.Once again, this has been our experience and i'm wishing this helps anybody avoid a similar situation.

I have been dealing with Ragui and Ron for a several years and they are always up to the task. They will always have a solution to any issues that may arise and have been my go to" supplier ever since. Quality product and excellent customer service. (and yes I know Emily makes it all happen!) Keep up the great work

Ron and team have been great. We have been with them for years. If ever there is a problem, Ron and team have been very reasonable to work with and correct any situation if need be. But in general, the problems have been extremely rare and they've been great to work with. We recommend them with high confidence. Upon an initial meeting, you will see that they have a lot of experience and are up front with costing and timelines.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.I have never posted a negative review online and would never do so unless it was absolutely warranted.I need to warn others so that they don’t go through what our small business just went through with Ragui from RipplePak.Ragui had given us a quote and a purchase order was signed and agreed upon, and several days into production, he changed the quote on us.In addition to the change in pricing, our boxes were completed TEN days after the original day Ragui had told us they would be ready for—leaving our small company scrambling for a solution to send our customer’s orders out in. We ended up having to purchase temporary packaging and compensate each customer with extra product for the inconvenience. We also ended up having to pay additional shipping costs to ship this temporary packaging, because it was larger than our typical packaging we send out.We patiently waited for our boxes to arrive; we paid the final remainder of the invoice that Ragui sent through, and days later…. Ragui reached out to tell us that we owed him an extra $1800 that he had conveniently “forgotten” to account for in the quotes that he had been sending us. He then held our printing plates so that we couldn’t come and pick them up without paying for this charge that we were not made aware of at all…We ended up leaving a reliable box supplier, thinking we were getting a better rate, only to end up paying almost triple what we were paying before, and compensating customers with extra product because of Ragui.We are now currently going to run out of boxes again, and we are unable to get new boxes printed with a different supplier, because Ragui is holding our plates.In addition to all of this, the company that prints the boxes for Ragui told us that this isn't the first time they have seen him do something like this.This mistake has costs us thousands of dollars over the past month.Ragui saw that we were a small startup, and he took his opportunity to take advantage of us.Please BEWARE. He is an older man, he comes off as charming in meetings, he will say absolutely anything you want to hear and offer you false promises in order to get your business, just so he can screw you in the end.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR PRICING. THIS IS A SCAM AND DO NOT LET YOUR BUSINESS SUFFER BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE.

As a small business owner, I am very pleased with the level and quality of service I received as well as the attention to detail. Emily and her team were awesome.
