BSW Liquor

I go here occasionally after work. The selection is super big and prices were not very high and quite reasonable also. The last few times each aisle was cluttered quite alot and some passages were quite hard to get through with boxes and bottles on ground making clear pathways difficult. Needs a bit better organization and some staff were not very friendly I found when asking questions. Overall huge selection and good pricing.

I wouldn't recommend anyone come to this store: the whole thing is a cluttered mess with boxes strewn everywhere and the two guys behind the counter are as useless as skis in July. They made me wait 20 minutes to pick up an online order consisting of just one bottle and, while I was waiting, sent another customer on a wild goose chase through the store for an item that turned out to be out of stock.

Visiting Calgary and I wanted to stop in at BSW as I get a fair amount ordered from them through Vivino. I was shocked to find Robert Wagner Bonanza for $18.99 and then Prisoner Unshackled for $22.99! I loaded 18 bottles altogether in my cart and left a very happy customer. Will be back whenever I am in Calgary.

Rude manager. Terrible customer service. Constantly misrepresenting vintages. They will tell you a vintage is back in stock so hurry before it sells out. When you purchase online though, once you go to pick up, it is not the vintage advertised. This has happened at least 3 times to me. Manager didn't like that I asked to cancel an order because I realised they had 15% off if you buy online. This manager proceeded to berate me because, you could have told me 15 seconds ago". I apologised

BSW exceed my expectations, delivered in Ontario em 5 days, amazing packaging. I will definitely buy again.

Good selection, decent prices, garbage customer service! I collect, drink whiskey and scotch so like to shop around when BSW opened this location I created an online account and didn't receive a 10% discount as advertised. When questioned in store they couldn't tell me why and wouldn't honor the discount. I made my first order online and waited 2 weeks and still wasn't available to pick up so I stopped ordering online. Last night was the last straw and won't be shopping with BSW any longer. I went in store and grabbed 2 bottles of whiskey off the shelf that were on sale. The guy at the cash register told me he couldn't sell me the bottles as they had been sold online. I asked if I purchased online would he sell me the bottles and was told no I have to wait at least 5 days. These were not not fancy or expensive bottles but they were on sale. I left without purchasing anything and watched him return the bottles to the shelf. Shop at Craft Cellars a couple minutes away, much better customer service and similar stock and pricing.

No one beats this place in anywhere in Alberta, a bigger collections of single malts and rare Whisky's. U name it and U get it , I visit this place almost everytime I come to Calgary. I step out of the door with atleast 2 bottles of good stuff in every visit , by the way u don't get the good price anywhere, definitely recommend to my friends and family

Just received my order. Only took 6 days to arrive to Ontario. Very pleased with the timing and packing of the delivery. I will definitely order again from BSW. These guys are the boss. Sorry Lcbo you’re lacking in pricing and product. BSW needs to open up shop in Ontario and show how it’s done. Thanks again. It will definitely be a wonderful Christmas now. Cheers.

You sold me 3 bottles of high end tequila. 1 of the bottles was spoiled and doesn't taste proper. I have been told by BSW to take it up with the tequila manufacturer...very very bad customer care/support.I don't recommend BSW for your liquor purchases.Best of luck treating customers this way.0 stars for you
