So today the Blue Ricova Recycling trucks came and one worker decided to go through everyones bin pulling out items that don't belong. That's not a problem but you guys need to train your employees better because I was standing on my driveway watching them pull out empty Plastic containers and putting them inside my garbage can.

We signed on with these guys based on all the good reviews. Now I'm wondering if these reviews were written by family members.I was promised a pick-up last week. Nothing, they said they needed a credit card - gave it to them....still nothing. I asked when they were coming - crickets.I am not impressed.

Was having an issue with the collection on my street. The city of Montreal put me in contact with a supervisor Mr. Messina he resolve The issue instantly gave me a card and told me I can call him anytime for further problems. Very helpful. On Friday I had an issue once more I had gave him a call and he was there instantly. With multiple solutions to convene my particular situation what a good a service five stars all the way thank Mr.Messina and Ricova!

Was having an issue getting my recycling picked up at my complex a bit of a hidden spot the city of Montreal got me on contact with Mr. Messina He was able to come up with a solution haven't missed one Recycling Day sinceThank you Mr. Messina for the excellent work!!
