Patrik and Nolan installed my new AC unit today, in -30 windchill no less. They were professional, timely, tidy, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The furnace guys team has given me nothing but excellent quality products and excellent customer service.

When we bought our house 9 years ago (new build). We had trouble with the furnace from the very first winter until recently. After fighting with the home builder, dealing with four different HVAC companies and doing several repairs we were fed up and sad that we would need to replace a system that is only 9 years old.Furnace Guys to the rescue! Meagan came and did a home comfort evaluation and found our furnace and air conditioner was grossly oversized for our house (yes that is a thing). She explained every type of hvac system in great detail and suggested the right type of furnace for our house. No pressure, no trying to get us to buy the best or most expensive, just a honest evaluation. She was the best and put our minds to ease...finally!!!Within four days, we had Patrick, Jason and Nathan come to the house and install a new energy efficient furnace and air conditioner. They were courteous, friendly and definitely knew their stuff. They did a excellent job installing both systems and did not leave a speck of dirt behind. Cord management is top notch (computer geek here...).The new system is so quiet, and the new ecobee smart thermostat is easy to program, we highly recommed. We will also mention our system was reasonably priced and had the best warranty we seen in the area.Moral of this review, new isn't better, it's how it is installed !!!After 9 years of h*ll, thank you for rescuing this family!Crystal and Jason Curtin

I had an issue with my furnace and the inducer fan motor stopped working, leaving my house cold and uncomfortable. Thankfully, Jason Gall from the furnace guys" came to the rescue! He quickly identified the problem and expertly replaced the faulty part

This company was, by far, the most professional company we received quotes from for an AC installation. From start to finish, they did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. The installers worked hard all day and did not leave until they were assured everything was working and we were satisfied with their service. Their prices were reasonable and comparable to those of other companies and their customer service was exceptional .

Furnace died after hours on a weekend, Bruce was here within a hour. Diagnosed it, tuned up the entire system, made the repair and explained every step. 10/10 service very pleased will use furnace guys again in the future.

We decided to use Furnace Guys based on their competitive price and their above industry warranty package. We were very glad we did! The communication you get with them is very good from quote to install, you get texts when you can expect the installers to arrive and it introduces them so you know who is arriving, everyone you talk to is friendly, polite and helpful. The installers are experienced and professional, they worked so hard for us to solve the many problems our house presented. I can’t stress enough how difficult it was to make all our new installs work with our older house. It took planning, experience, problem solving, and really, really hard work but they never gave up. Thank you Bruce and Owen for 2 days of relentless hard work. The installer Bruce came up with ideas that no other company did that quoted us. We now have a properly installed furnace and air conditioner, and UV light, with a very professional looking finished product. They also cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming every little flex that fell. I really appreciate that. The whole Furnace Guys team very literally went above and beyond for us!!

Our carbon monoxide detector went off while we were out. Bruce from Furnaceguys was able to diagnose the problem (cracked heat exchange) and tried to find parts to repair it and when he couldn't (they're backordered/unavailable), he installed a new furnace and thermostat. All within two days (including a weekend day) and during a cold snap. Quick, efficient work from a very knowledgeable technician. There is nobody I trust more with HVAC issues than Furnaceguys!
