Decided to buy some furniture from Hauser based on the quality and longevity of the furniture purchased by previous generations of my family. The first shipment arrived very scuffed up and bent. Unfortunately the offer from Hauser was a small discount, and 1 new chair to replace the bent chair. Ideally they would have sent new chairs, I purchased these chairs for a premium to have nice outdoor chairs, not really for a discount. When the second chair arrived, it was packaged much better, but also had significant damage. It seems that the metal is pretty soft and dents/scuffs pretty easily. I was hoping these would be the last patio chairs I ever buy, but it doesn't seem like the quality of previous generations is still there.

High quality patio furniture. Very comfortable and as the fabric is sunbrella, getting coordinating pillows is not a problem.

I had a very great experience with the team here— the prices I paid were very good and the shipping to montreal was very afforsabke. They ran into a couple of logistical problems, but dealt with them in a super generous and friendly way. Incredible customer service. I would buy from them again in an instant

Bought a tilt umbrella less than two years ago and the string has already broken rendering it useless. Tried calling the Waterloo store to see if I could at least get instructions on restringing, but they don't answer the phone. Got through to the London store, very apologetic, but not able to help. Really disappointed for such an expensive umbrella.

The showroom on Weber Street in Waterloo is small. The product is good quality and the product selection is different from the standard big box stores. The price is also much different from the box stores, ie, higher. The staff do not have a good understanding of product features or specs and just default to looking up information on the internet... Same as you or i could do. If you are an educated buyer and you can rely on your own research on products and prices then you may find some good products here that you won't find elsewhere.

Our furniture arrived earlier than expected (yay!) but then there were some difficulties in assembling one of the chairs. I got in touch with head office and even though it was a Saturday, they were immediately responsive. Within a few days, the chairs (two are the same) were returned (by us), assembled at Hauser at no charge and ready to pick up. The furniture is just beautiful and I know it will stand up to many years of use. Thank you Hauser! I would highly recommend the company and its products.

Wanted to leave a review regarding a sofa I purchased. Not only is it beautiful, but the delivery was seamless. I had a short delivery window due to elevator constraints and Andrea M. was very helpful in communicating that request to their team. My concierge mentioned this was one of the most professional deliveries he’d seen in a long time, punctual and only took the guys a few minutes. If you have any hesitation with large deliveries, just know their team is very experienced.

High quality, durable outdoor products for your backyard, deck, and/or patio. I've been really pleased with my purchases from Hauser over the years, and while a bit on the expensive side, they've held up really well.
