Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My rental was scheduled to be picked up at 8am but wasn’t ready until 10:30am. There were three other clients in the waiting room facing the same situation as me. The staff were kind but clearly run off their feet trying to locate vehicles around the city to fulfill our rentals. More communication about the situation would’ve been appreciated.

Great customer service with great deal. Lots of vehicle options to choose from. Knowledgeable staff to guide you to find right vehicle with great deals. Specially Shekhar.Condition of Vehicles are great, interior always neat and clean. Enough parking spot to park your vehicle safely during you enjoy new ride.Highly recommend.

I scheduled a vehicle reservation at this location and it was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. It started with being accused of being 1.5 hours late when I was exactly on time for the pickup time I scheduled with the call center. From there I was told there was no SUVs available (which is what I had scheduled). When it came time to put the debit deposit down I was initially told they would only take a credit card deposit (I had already confirmed with the call center that debit could be accommodated), when I pushed back the attendant asked what the call center told me the price would be to which I explained I was told $50. The attendant than told me it would be instead $300 (eventually they negotiated themselves down to $100 - the money is not the issue the misaligned expectations is the problem). Then we get to the additional protection/coverage upsell where after 2x not interested" there was a final fear monger attempt where the likelihood of me being in a wreck was painted as almost inevitable. I than took a seat and watched a similarly poor experience take place with another customer

This the second time I book a car 1 week in advance and when I get there to pick it up they don’t have similar class they want to down size me for same price or charge me a lot of money for an upgrade that I don’t want in first place. Eventually a customer came and dropped of a car lower class and took the key from her, refill the Vehicle and never even washed it and handed me the keys to take it. This location are the worst

Recently renter a 7 seater suv unlimited mileage for 4 days totalling under 400! Awesome! The car was really clean and client services was really great! Really recommend!

Great customer service! Shekhar at the Central Ave location went above and beyond to help me with my rental. He truly puts the customer first and is very pleasant to deal with. Thank you for the overall great experience!

They create leads by showing fake cars online and turn back once you reach to take them. On phone, they keep you on long hold and will talk to you over the phone as if they are doing favours on you by providing the car. Shekhar promised me call backs 2 time which he never did. Further they have partnered with third parties like Hotwire who charged me for insurance of the car which was never provided to me. Enterprise is our corporate partner and I have asked my company to escalate this matter internally. Don’t trust people on this branch.

This is very much unfortunate that I have to come up with such rating ! coz I have requested the branch 3 weeks before of my planned outing to have a 4Runner or a similar kind of SUV, but when i called the branch today at Oct 4th 2022, the person who picked up the phone totally having no information on my previous conversation and She's sharing higher price of the SUVs, and the most interesting part is I already have a conversation with one of her colleague previous week [couple of times] to ensure that I will get a SUV, but there's no proactive attitude or interest from Enterprise to have give me the Rent ! and now i have only 3 days to arrange a CAR for my family !!! what a mess! really disappoint...

Great service. Low Km new vehicles with great features. Number one Rental place in the city. Low fare comparing to other places. Excellent professional staff with great understanding of your needs. To see happy customers is their number 1 priority. No hidden charges and they try their best to not to charge extra for extra hours. I'm a very happy customer. You better visit and see.
