Very good variety. They have many products and display them nicely, not like other health food stores. You can find a lot and there's still room to move around. They also have some items in bulk which I liked and pretty much everything I saw was organic.The personnel are really kind and have helped me out with shopping. They gave me information on what they knew and didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for. They even ordered items that they did not have in stock for me to pick up at a later date. This was a big plus for me.The prices are reasonable, and in my opinion, favourable to other similar stores in the area. They adhere to safety protocols nicely too so I feel more comfortable shopping inside the store.All around, I'd say this is definitely a Beaches staple and a well deserved first-stop when shopping for home goods.

I've been going here for nearly a decade. The staff always give friendly, helpful service and the products are never overpriced. I definitely recommend this store.

Beaches Natural Foods has kept our family healthy for almost 2 decades. Great selection. THE BEST PRICES. Customer service is A++, always feels like I'm having a chat with a dear friend. Everyone is so knowledgeable. If they don't have something they try real hard to source it!

I would give zero star to these guys, if I could. Zero respect, terrible customer service, and run by a couple of rude people.

Went in to Beaches Natural Foods looking for Sunwarrior protein powder and found the best price I’ve seen see I’ve started using it 8 months ago!! Also met Wallace Chau the owner..very honest and knowledgeable who had very helpful information and also recommendations on close by shops for items he did not carry.I believe in supporting the neighbourhood that I live in and am happy to have found this great store and resource!!!Thank you!

Unfortunately customer service has become terrible and inconsistent. I had lovely service with an older gentleman, but went in again to find 2 younger people, Store was an absolute mess, and young man was extremely rude. I've given up and will be shopping elsewhere sadly.

I am in the health business as a massage therapist and, as such, am always looking for health stores to recommend to clients that have a great selection and good prices. A big hearty yes on all of these for Beaches Natural Food. Fortunately, I also live in the Beach and this is my local health store. The owner, Wallace is the best.
