Amazing experience here with Kevin Ly! I found Kevin by reading other reviews and I was not disappointed. Its our first time buying a Honda so I called a couple other places close to me and no one responded back, until Maple Honda. I didnt have high hopes after being ignored at other dealerships but i got through to Kevin right away and we made an appointment. We had a car to trade in so we were expecting to go to several dealerships to find the best price for our trade in, except we got such a good price that we bought our brand new CRV right then and there. Kevin is very personable and easy to talk to. Very honest, nice, kind person, we felt no pressure to buy anything which is why we decided to buy a car from him right off the bat, even if we were to sell our trade in car elsewhere. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. We only met Kevin and Dinh (payment/warranty) at the dealership and both were amazing. No pressure with either the car buying or the warranty, just good info and they left us with our decision. The car was supposed to arrive mid-late May but somehow Kevin made it happen and we got our car in less than a week. Great experience from beginning to end, Kevin is our go to person for Honda going forward. My brother and I were looking for a brand new car and we tried different dealers and learned to wait at least 3-4 months. In the process, we called Maple Honda, where Mr. Prashant answered our call and gave us a warm welcome. We went there on May 30th with no expectations of getting a car due to market scenario. Mr. Prashant promised us we would get the car in less than a month. Honestly, we didn't believe in what he says. Incredibly, he came up with the same car which he do made a promise for in 15 days which was really really cool. Very friendly and knowledgeable person, never bothered us in any way, completed all the paperwork in one go. I am very grateful to Mr. Prashant who made our lives so easy.

I had a great experience when I was looking to purchase a SUV and upgrade my car with Maple Honda. Christina helped me and my dad through the process (test driving, my trade-in, reviewing the other models, etc) and I only ended up waiting 3 days for my new Honda CRV Sport model to arrive. This is a highly recommendation to those who are looking for Honda vehicles. Before ending up with Maple Honda, I was wandering around many different dealers; I found out Kevin Ly was the one I should place my trust in. I messaged him even after working hour, but surprisingly he was active and provided me a lot of insights including an idea of reasonable price for a car insurance (just a thought, but he proved it as ‘he knows a guy who knows another guy’ :D and this is a secret weapon). I decided to contact him just a day later to buy a car for my girlfriend; it took me about 15 mins to get through the entire progress. I would give 5 out of 5 to the high service level not just only him but also each and every staff at Maple Honda. I will definitely contact him for another car soon.
