Went here for their huge sale recently. Very attentive staff, who were eager to assist. Love the clothes!COVID info: they had a staff member just outside the door with a hand sanitizing station (and I think complimentary masks, not sure as I had my own). Change rooms were open and available for use to try on clothes. It looked like they went through a sanitization process after being tried on. Large store with plenty of space to socially distance yourself.

Came here on May 2nd around 12PM and received terrible customer service. I wanted to buy some dresses and the size I needed was on the mannequin. When I asked one of the girls working for the dress she told me she wouldn’t take the dress off the mannequin to sell. I was super confused and wasn’t sure why this is the policy. I guess they don’t care to sell their merchandise.

Kathlyn was very unprofessional , we wanted a shirt and the size we wanted was on mannequin and they said they will take off from mannequin only on one condition that we have to buy it only. Does not make sense. Very poor service.

I like going to this outlet store. Lots of parking space. Less busy. Good selection for clothing and jewelry. Service is good too. Staff was quite helpful.

This location is a factory outlet, and every time I've been here they've got a decent sale going on. They carry fashionable clothing and have very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely love the massive number of changing/dressing rooms they've got!

Disappointed with the quality of there clothing. 2of my dress shirts came apart at seams on back. Just regular wear. Have been a regular customer but having 2nd thoughts now. Not even an apology or recognition of the issue on showing service people the issue.
