I recently made my first purchase from Ski and Bike and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The customer service I received was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the help and effort put into my order. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed.I particularly appreciated the time and attention given to my order, as well as the prompt delivery. It's clear that Ski and Bike values its customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be returning to this store for all my future needs.Overall, I would give Ski and Bike a 5-star review without hesitation. I should say that Zack was awesome, I came in before closing and he really took good care of me and was generously answering all my questions and went the extra mile in helping me find the best gear and offering great tips and advice. Overall no complaints, everyone seems passionate and knowledgable. They are not cheap or more expensive than other specialty shops, and I think they offer every level of service. Depends on your needs and expectations, just know that these are not the cheapest sports/hobbies. The quality and variety of equipment is good, I wouldn't say they have a huge selection of different type of an item, but they do seem to have everything you can think of stocked and on hand even if it's not the brand you want particularly.

Great store for all ski and snowboard equipment. Nice layout and super friendly staff. My boot fitter, Matthew, was especially helpful. He was exceptionally patient and methodical when fitting my boots. I have experienced severe foot pain in the past while skiing, and have had minimal success with past boot fitters. However, Matthew took a unique approach by adjusting my liners and educating me about custom liners. Thanks to Matt, I just had the most comfortable week of skiing in Kicking Horse!

We bought our first bikes from this store! Stephanie was absolutely amazing during the whole process. She explained to us for an hour about different brands and what performances we would get for different prices. We thought about it for a few days and we came back for the purchase. Stephanie was really helpful in getting all the accessories we want. For some items they don’t have it in the store, Stephanie wrote down the name for us to check online in other places. It’s really thoughtful!! And we are so happy about our new bikes! A huge thanks to Stephanie!!! Will def come back

Amazing for your ski/snowboard needs. Went and after sharing that I'm looking to make the transition from skiing to snowboarding Jacob helped me with putting together an AWESOME first snowboard setup. Everything looks and performs well. Loving the sport, only wish I made the switch sooner. The store regularly has great sales going on too. Very knowledgeable staff all around at the store.

Plenty of choices for ski, snowboarding & winter accessories. Staffs are very helpful and friendly without giving me any pressure. Will come back for checking bicycles in summer.

Just had an extremely positive experience at the Mississauga location of Skiis and Bikes with each staff person that I interacted with! In particular, Gabriel who was very helpful and knowledgeable with offering me a more economical choice for bindings and then getting the bindings on very quickly since we were from out of town.Will definitely return when we need more equipment.
