Very nice staff. Be careful as the outside of the store can be slippery. Fell outside the store but a staff member came to check on me and see if I was ok. That was a plus Got what I was looking for

I love it. You can find a lot of variety of stuff that you were thinking about. You go there to get one thing and it ends up going out with a bunch of stuff

I love this place. Yes it's cheap products. But it has everything you need when you cant find anything you need, lol. Best spot for inexpensive Halloween and Xmas decor. Great place for easy birthday decorations.

I like this store because it is smaller than the one in the big Mall but seems to have everything that I need.The store is clean, well stocked (unless it is end of season). I have found the employees are both helpful and friendly.The change in how the cashes are set up makes more sense and creates better flow.On occaission we have had to wait outside because they are limiting the amount of people in the store which is appreciated.

I used to stop by to pick up items a couple times a week since they have a good selection but in the last 6-8 months it's been complete Hell going there. Only one cashier at all times and they won't call a second cashier until 10-12 clients are in line. Tonight, i stopped by for 3 items...and waited over 15 minutes in line. The time before that, 12 minutes...The cashiers are not trained and it's plain to see that despite trying, they do not know what they are doing. Any little error or double scan and the supervisor has to be called to the front to rectify it which takes at least 3-4 calls from the desperate cashier while customers roll their eyes or simply leave their items and exit the store. I won't be going back there and don't recommend unless you have loads of patience and time. To management: try putting 2 cashiers and training employees. You'll pay an extra salary but you will have more sales...no brainer!

Since new management took over this store is awful. She spreads rumors about her employees, bullies them and changes schedules without any notice. I know this is Quebec but in Aylmer the residents are 70% english and she can't speak a stich of it. How is she supposed to deal with and resolve problems ? They also just fired a bunch of employees to turn around and hire new ones. This place sucks!

They are supposed to be bilingual but their English is absolutely atrocious and on top of it they're incredibly rude and lazy on top of being entirely clueless

Decent location, large selection, and fair prices.Hint: Just because it is at the dollar store doesn't mean it isn't cheaper elsewhere
