During our first contact when i told her it was a surprise gift , she ask many questions to know my friend preferences. We decided to go with the Jessy wig and it was a HIT. If I could give more stars I would because there is no better quality or customer service in this business period. I’m very specific on what I want and communication has been amazing. I’ve bought 3 wigs so far, 2 for my teen daughter and one for my mom. They absolutely love them and they are exactly as I wanted them. Thank you and you have a customer for life. I couldn’t recommend you more! The quality is amazing with zero shedding and when you open the box the scent that hits you in the face is beautiful.

I was excited to purchase a wig from a local company. I ordered a custom unit and provided a photo of a wig that SHE HERSELF had colored and posted on her Instagram page. What I requested and what I received are two very different items. While the hair feels nice, I received an orange wig. Think “did they make that from Donald Trumps hair?” orange. Nothing like the photo and description I sent. When I contacted her asking about the color, I received the response “I’m so sorry you don’t like it but thanks for the review and I will try better on future units!” When I asked what she would do for me since the unit looked horrible, nothing. Completely ghosted. I messaged 3 times with no response or way to correct this. My stylist could not fix this thing and the seller would not even reply to me. EXTREMELY disappointed and will never repurchase or recommend this company to anyone. UPDATE I tried to dispute this purchase but I was BLOCKED by the seller and now I’m out almost $800 on an unwearable horrendous unit. This seller is a fraud.

I purchased the Karlie wig from Keyroll and communicated through email with Karine who was super nice and did everything possible to help me. I got diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago and started losing my hair due to chemotherapy so I decided to get a wig. Karine was able to take my head measurements in person and helped me pick the most comfortable base for the wig. At first, she left the wig a longer length when I first got it just in case I preferred the same length as my natural hair at the time (you can always cut shorter but can’t go longer once it’s cut). When I tried it on, I told her I wanted it shorter and to darken the colour to my liking. She made all the changes I requested and now I love it! I’m used to black hair all my life so thought I wanted a light wig just to be different. But when I realized it didn’t suit me, she was kind enough to make the changes for me. Thanks so much for your patience and kindness Karine! The most touching thing after I received my wig is she wanted to pray for me so I can get well. She is an amazing person and her work is beautiful and high quality!

I was very skeptical about making another online purchase given my previous negative experience. Overall, my experience with Keyroll hair was fantastic. The quality of the hair is superb with minimum shedding and the hairline was very realistic. I will be making another purchase soon.
