Frienly helpful service and reasonable in price....i like this vet and my dog is excited to go there which isn't always the case. They've helped my dog tremendously!

We have had an extremely, extremely hard last few weeks with our two beloved kitty cats. We had to say goodbye to one which was of course so hard. The team has gone above and beyond to make these incredibly hard times as easy as the can be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your team is sincerely wonderful.

The girls at the front desk are always so accommodating, friendly and caring. It's never a good situation when we have to come in for treatments, but I always know that my furs are well taken care of.

Great care and service as always from the staff here. Really appreciate them letting me know about the 3-year vs the 1-year vaccination options which overall saves me money, and my cat from getting jabbed extra times for no reason.

We love taking our kitty’s there. I have lost animals and had them cremated there. They were so consoling. Recently we have taken in some kitty’s. We have had some scrapes and infections. Vaccinations and a spay attended to here. We always feel welcome, never pressured into any procedures, without out being prepared for the cost. Our kitty’s, are like our kids. It is also wonderful to have a local Veterinarian Doctors office. With this present economy and the price of fuel it definitely helps. It is also an important part of our community. Between here, stoughton and weyburn they have all had their hands in saving my dog zoe. I would trust any of them with my pets and i have. They have all fit me in for an emergency. Thank you for all your wonderful wrok! Zoe sends hugs to you all!

The staff is awesome. They always try to accommodate if my schedule changes. They send reminders for appointments if it's for injections,surgery or just a check up. Both of my cats are treated very well. I recommend going here for all your fur baby needs.

Trusted the vet with the most precious thing in my life my not even 8 month old puppy. For the price I paid for trying to get my puppies broke leg fixed and for all the complications that went along with it and now knowing what I know I believe certain vets should never be allowed to deal with small animals like dogs, cats, and all other little precious animals we love. I feel if the vet had been truly honest and did what was actually in the best interest of helping my puppy he would still be alive not have died on the operating table. The only positive thing I can say about this place is yes they accommodate peoples schedules and the front ladies are very caring. I didn't complain about the cost because at the time I trusted the vet, but after having sat down and gone over everything said to me and done by that vet I believe she didn't act quick enough and left the problem linger on too long and in turn my puppy lost his precious life.

Long review.About 1 year ago, I came home from work to find my golden retriever vomiting, nauseous, and lethargic. He couldn't keep anything down, not even water. He was vomiting every 20 minutes. I took him to the 24 hour vet clinic and discovered he needed surgery as he had a blockage in his intestines. The vet wanted to do surgery right away, but I could not afford the surgery all in one. She was very helpful and told me to call TMZ in the morning to see if they would do a payment plan. I did as she said and called right in the morning, as the vet from the 24 hour clinic sent over the x-rays. The lady I spoke to told me they would not even look at him unless I had the money up front. They wanted $2000 to start, when I was quoted $1300 at the place in Regina. She told me $2000 would be a start as they didn't know what they were getting into (even though they had all the x-rays, labs and test results from the previous night). I told her I could afford some upfront but not all at once. She explained to me that that was not an option. Once I told her I was going to call around, she told me she highly doubted anywhere would do payment plans, so I could either pay them or let him go. Once I was too shocked to answer, she proceeded to tell me to hurry up and call them back as they have other sick animals that need their attention and they can't put anything on hold for one dog (even though I never asked them to). Now, I do understand business, and I understand not being able to offer payment plans, but to tell me to either find the money or let him die, as no other vet will offer this service is absolutely beyond me. And then to proceed to get upset with me as I want to try to call different places (as I was grasping at straws at this point because I needed to find a way to save my dogs life) made me so angry I could barely speak to her. I called my sister who lives in Beinfait, and she called her vet and explained our situation. PAHC told me to get in my car and drive to Estevan as quickly and safely as possible. When I brought up the concern about money, they told me not to worry, they have payment plans they would get me for cleared on the way up, but the most important thing to them was Kane. I arrived, Kane went for surgery, everything went well, and because of them, he is still here with me today. I will continue to drive to 2 hours to see them for everything, including his shots. They made time for him, and they made sure we were well looked after. When I thought I had 0 options left, they came through for me and shed a tiny bit of brightness on one of the worst days of my life. I will forever be thankful to these people. Thanks to them Kane will be celebrating his 3rd birthday this June! Amazing, amazing place.
