I recently transffered my plan to Rogers and one of the staff at pc mall branch called Terry helped me handle the transition. He was so patient and professional. Would definitely recommend this branch to people for its excellent service. Thank you Terry!

Great location to visit if you need a new phone or plan! Nice store front, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very patient in explaining the different plans and options to me and am very satisfied with the customer services received today. Highly recommend!

Provide great services! Every time I renew my plan, they always try to recommend the plan that fit my need best with the best promotion they can do. Recently the one I knew got promoted and the got a new guy, Isaac. Great service!

Was here to help my friend get a Rogers plan, Terry was very friendly and helpful, explained all the plans and bundle patiently. End up switched my plan to Rogers too and get another phone for my roommate with great deal. Really appreciated.

I spoke with corporate a few days ago on Tuesday morning. They told me this store had one of the only iPhones available unless I waited 3/4 weeks. I said no I will make the THREE HOUR drive and get it. The store opened when I was driving there so I called to explain what corporate had said and that I had driven three hours and would be there soon and to please just hang onto the phone for another 20 minutes. A lady picked up and said “hello” so I said “hey there how are ya today?!” and I got a very rude “yeah” back. I then proceeded to explain what corporate stated etc and she said “can’t phone reserved friend” and I wasn’t quite sure what that meant as corporate just told me the phone was available. Instead of explaining that stores have the right to reserve their stock (I later found out once I had to call corporate back), this lady said she won’t help me. I explained that once I get there, I’d like to speak with her manager as things aren’t adding up and she isn’t explaining anything, she abruptly hung up the phone. I was absolutely shocked by that. Never in the 15 years I’ve dealt with Rogers have I ever had that happen. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff, but this particular employee that was opening the store Tuesday morning needs some SERIOUS customer service training. I’ve also made a complaint with corporate so hopefully there is some resolution.

Isaac was very helpful and was very genuine about offering the best deals for us. If you’re looking for a new phone plan you should request for him.

Very friendly, professional staff and amazing customer service. We had Andy, who was extremely patient with us and worked overtime to meet our needs. He helped us with the new iPhone setup and explained everything to us thoroughly.We would highly recommend this location and Andy to everyone. :)

Located at the front main entrance. I find this location usually has better deals than the location in the middle of the mall. I would definitely check out this place first!

Got my iPhone 13 here, Isaac was extremely helpful. He gave great service, advice and got us discounts on our plan and products. This location is consistently great, and Isaac always gets me in and out of the store quickly and with a smile
