St .Catharines Nails Spa

I have been to this place 3 times, and my nails always have turned out to be just as I expected- perfect. However, the customer service has been inconsistent. Recently, I got acrylics with regular polish, not shellac, and I asked for lotion or oil to moisturize my fingers and nails while drying my nails and the lady told me I’m not allowed to because I didn’t get shellac. Like?????? No other nail salon has denied me lotion because of not getting shellac. My previous two visits here I was accommodated very well with nail drying spray and then oil, but my third visit I was treated poorly. This also may be because 3 new customers came in for the first time. Oh and one nail isn’t straight. Overall, I will not be going back.

The service was great!! Very friendly. I thought I had an odd request but they listened and fixed my problem. No complaints from me at all!

Mary is a fantastic nail tech! Seriously the BEST customer service I have ever had at a nail salon ever! She really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my acrylic set!She made lovely conversation & really made my whole week so much better!I’ve been going to this salon since highschool & I don’t think I will ever switch as long as Mary is there to do my nails! ❤️

First time there. And I love it. He did an amazing job! Will be going back for sure!

I always get good service from the older woman. The last time I went she was not there. My nails were done by someone I never seen before. She took 1 hr & 45mins to do my finger nails. I am not please, going else where to get it remove

Beauty is pain. the lady who did my nails was really tough with the tools on my nails ... even to the point where I started bleeding, and even now, 2 hours after leaving the shop, a couple of my nails are still hurting. But hopefully it eases soon. Other than that, she did an amazing job. I'm obsessed with my nails! I accidentally hit my nail in the UV light pod to dry my nails and she fixed it up for me after I told her it was okay because it was my fault for messing it up. 4/5 only because it was a little painful getting my nails done and this isn't my first time at a nail salon, and i know there shouldn't be that much pain into. but other than that, very good service. would recommend but just a heads up for those with low pain tolerance like me haha

Amazing nail salon, been through all the local St. Catharines ones and this is by far the best one. Have had 3 refills now for acrylics and they are so strong and beautiful every time. The nail tech is truly talented and takes her time to get the best results! Very reasonably priced and super clean environment! Would highly recommend if in the area.

I should check the reviews here before I go. Seems like most of the reviews complained about that old lady. The old lady was so rough with tools on my nails, and one of my finger started to bleed. When I told her, she didn't apologize at all. She didn't clean nor sanitize the tool with my blood on neither....I had to leave and paid even my nails weren't done.Now I realized I am not the only one whose finger got hurt by her. Besides, she was very impatient to explain the price and type of gel. Overall, I will never go back this place.

I have been going to this location for over a year. My nails always looks so nice. Post some of my favorites. They have so many ribbon designs. The pink and white ombre is probably my go-to. Posted my new set probably my favorite with the ribbon (they have a bunch of ribbons with different designs!!). They said there getting in 3D flower designs. I suggest getting shellac for $10 extra so nice not to worry about smudges.Price is reasonable. I would book an appointment they get busy sometimes during the day, usually busy after 5 when people get off of work. I would bring in a picture of what I want.
