A friend of mine took his vehicle here to get some problems fixed. He left the car with the shop and when he picked it up he was charged with a +$500 repair bill. However the issue with the car was never repaired. The shop will not own up to the mistake and now he is stuck with an expensive bill and still has issues with his vehicle. I cannot believe they would do this to someone local during a pandemic. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

My family member is recently dealing with an unfortunate situation where the mechanic did the work, services were paid in full and there is still an issue following the repair shortly after. Repeatedly have asked them to take another look! Instead of taking it back in for another assessment, they are refusing to acknowledge that there is still an issue! The vehicle has broken down in the middle of an intersection downtown and is no longer operational! Please address this and provide the appropriate care and customer service! Over $600 paid! This is no small investment into your business.

Had some clogged catalytic converters on my truck. Total Auto Care cleaned those out to improve performance. But truck was to loud so I had them put on a muffler. Still much to loud. Took it back and had them replace with a new muffler and possible few other things. Sounded awesome much more quiet. Best thing of all was he didn’t charge me a penny to replace it and make the truck much quieter. I was truly appreciative and happy for that. Truly awesome and I will go back to total auto care in a heart beat. Thank you guys.
