They had my moms watch, which she gave for a battery change and when she went to pick it up, they lied and said they gave it, she had to go there three times and get security involved to even get back her OWN watch. She even told them the time she went, asked her to check the camera, they never gave a repair slip and ended up finding it after the third visit. Rude ignorant owners, don't trust them with your valuables.

Thieves, don’t go this place they talk behind the curtain and charge you 40$ for watch battery. Worst place, robbers.

If your watch is worth more than $10 and want to fix it find else where. Extremely incompetent, my watch is worse after they messed are with it. Would give them less than one star if it's possible!

Zero star is what they deserve. Don’t even think of going there. They were charging me based on the brand of my watch. The lady compared my watch to a bmw and told me that’s why the price is expensive to change the battery for that watch. Maybe she does not realize that she is not running a bmw dealership. I finally got my battery changed at another store in bridlewood mall for half the price she was asking me.

The (older) gentleman was not very friendly and didn't even look at me when speaking. I had to repeat my questions to get an answer because it seemed like he was legitimately ignoring me haha. I came here years ago and was not happy but decided to give them a shot and he still seems to be in a bad mood. (The woman that works here that is not the watch repair person was the complete opposite. She was very friendly and all smiles. She was the reason I thought things had changed.) 2 star because price is not bad I guess if you don't care about service. I just feel if I had any problems with the work he wouldn't be so ready to help.

Terrible service, lady working there is very racist and rude towards south asians on account for past visits including the last one. Way too overpriced for simple service they used to do for free. Was a paying customer for years but not anymore.

Mari Anne needs to learn how to be cordail. She needs to realize she’s dealing with people to keep her business open. I will never bring anything back to her. So rude and snappy. I hope it’s not because I’am not Asian.

One star is to much for these people, they're rude and unprofessional, I felt as If they were trying to keep my necklace , the woman there is no lady , I was asking her questions and she is talking over me as if I'm her child and walking off to deal with someone else as I'm still talking to her then she says to me and my girlfriend she's going to call security on us so we said that she should and we're waiting she didn't call them tho and then we got the necklace back , and the guy didn't even say anything for the 30 mins back and forth so I feel like they try to rob me will never give them my money again
