Innovations was the only place I could find the Stratocaster I wanted. They didn’t have one in when I first inquired. They e-mailed me though when they got one in and were kind enough to hold it for me to try out as I had to drive up from Calgary. Great service once I arrived and loving my new strat.

This is seriously the best music store in Edmonton. The staff have provided me with the most accurate information every time I go in. Everyone is extremely nice and knowledgeable. They have a unique selection with and the inventory is well kept. I also get my guitars set up here and my guitars play amazing now.

Went in to look for some fret labels. No customer service. Looked through entire store, wasn’t asked for help once. When I went to leave, THEN the cashier looked up and said “Have a great day…”. I will. At a different music store.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I like the fact that they have female sales people. I bought my son's drums here and the price was great. We compared prices with other places..I would highly recommend it.

Mark is an absolute drum God. He spent almost two hours with us, walking us through our options and made us feel prioritized the entire time. He was so so encouraging and made drum shopping a genuinely wonderful experience. Unfortunately for him, he is now our drum guy and simply no one else will do! Thank you Mark and thank you Innovations Music! (PS the drums are 15/10 perfect)
