Purchased a very large order, wasn’t provided a bag, asked for a bag. Was told they couldn’t give me one for the cilantro chicken bowls, I told them I needed a bag to take it home by bus. They still refused, this allocation is extremely bad. I completely understand not giving out large handle bags for small orders but mine consisted of 8 large items, and they really should immediately have an option for carryout

I come to this tim Horton everyday.. I kept avoiding staff’s behaviour everyday. They never greet you and always show unnecessary attitude. But On Saturday around 7pm it was extremely bad experience that i could not ignore anymore. I ordered Steep tea TT which was very cold.. I politely asked them to change and the guy said Okk then he asked some one else to make but i waited for 5 min and nobody made it then i went to the counter and i asked a girl to remake my drink but she started arguing and said temp is high thats y its cold. i know its always less than 40 and if its high how come tea can be cold instead of apologizing she argued though she made my tea but passed to me very arrogantly.. It was really bad experience. I request to the manager at least make sure that staff should know how to work professionally and treat their guest.

I went there on Feb 11, 2023 and ordered a bagel that’s toasted, with cream cheeses and tomato. When the bagel came it’s super burnt. I will also attach pictures. Really bad experience.

To the worker who started yelling at me in the morning of april 24 during 7:30, you are very disrespectful and you should not be allowed to approach your customers by yelling at them. I went to drive thur at 7:30 where i placed a order and the worker did not pay attention to what i was saying and guessing what i wanted, when i came to the window they gave my order and it was wrong. i went inside to ask a lady for assistance to help me and they talked i their own language and i felt violated because they were laughing and giving nasty faces. They all started to tell me i need to repay for my order even though I already paid and I am not repaying for my order if they can not get my order right. The worker who took my order through drive thur started to yell at me and i felt uncomfortable for being there for embarrassing me in-front of the store, she was very unfriendly towards and when i left she was talking disrespectful towards my back.

While the inside and outside of the restaurant is clean (can't comment on bathrooms), it took 10 - 15 mins to get 2 simple drinks, despite there being no long lineups inside. Someone had to ask what I was waiting for. And no, lack of staffing was not an issue.

Almost all the toast I had bought here were burned, it’s really for your health ì we consume it everyday, essentially breakfasts.

I've been to this location 3 times so far. It's nice place to dine in but the staff needs a lot of training. On our 1st visit, we ordered 3 ranch dips and they charged for 9 dips, on 2nd visit we ordered 2 extra glasses they charged for 4 glasses. Something is definitely wrong either with their systems or the staff. They are adequately staffed but all of them keep running here and there and look confused. Definitely need more training

I went to this Tim Horton’s Location on a Monday morning on April 24th. I’ve went through drive thru, I ordered a medium double double and 4 bagels in total. The lady who took my order did not listen to my order correctly, I had to repeat my order multiple times. When I’ve received my order, it wasn't what I ordered. I then went inside and talked to a worker nicely regarding my order, she then started to talk to her colleagues regarding my order. She then started yelling at me and telling me that I was in the wrong and that her coworker took my order right. I felt very embarrassed during this situation because she did not take this situation properly or professionally. I will not tolerate this unprofessional behaviour and won’t be coming back to that location due to the unprofessional encounter.

I loved this place..the ambiance is amazing also service was good. There is a lot space for public usage,I really appreciate this thing.We can just go and do our work or study by seating there with a coffee or small breakfast.good work guys.I liked the view also when you occupy window tables there. Gor the first time I tried Tea here and liked it a lot. Good location with good service with best ambiance and outside views.
