Horrible food!! So greasy, within 2 min of eating my food, I had to run to the bathroom to throw up! I would never go back, nor would I recommend it to anyone..My brother in law had a fly in his beer, everything about this place was bad.It was heart breaking knowing The Lotus Inn was right across the street and their food is always great! I would say go there instead, it's right in the area and the prices are better

Best buffet for its size, in my opinion. Steamed pork dumplings are the best here.

Buffet was empty the server went and stirred what was there to make it look appetizing, the rice was hard and two items were almost empty. she was rude I wish would have looked and left. But the person I was with had already dished up. I won't Go back

This place doesn't take debit at the door on an era where everyone has portable debit. Do not order from here unless you have cash cause I wasnt even asked and they dont advertise that they dont take debit at the door.

How Kwan's isn't always packed and busy is simply astonishing to me. I have been ordering take out and eating here for over 16 years and have never had anything but amazing food. It doesn't matter if it is westernized Chinese food or their more traditional offerings I have had nothing but great food, great service and good experiences at Kwan's. Skip out on Lotus Inn or Moon Wok and order from Kwan's.

Customer Service: worst than poor. When I called, while I was putting in my order the woman asked me to hold and I could hear her pick up the phone to take someone else's order. It took them 1h47min to deliver my phone knowing that I was staying at less than 10min drive from the restaurant. She did say they were busy so I decided to let it go and just be patient. Once she got here, she got frustrated at me because she assumed that I was going to pay with cash. She never asked me on the phone about how I was going to pay. When i presented my credit card she wanted to take the numbers down - not secure - and when I said no, I was not comfortable with that she just turned around and left. So 2hrs later, waited for nothing, endured the miserable customer service ALL FOR NOTHING!Do yourself a favor - skip on that one.
