Terrible grooming job my dog was left very uneven. They cut him as well and when I called to complain they called me a liar and accused me of hurting my dog. She did not take accountability for what happened, terrible customer service.

We brought our dog Chloe to Urban Tails today and she did an outstanding job. She had REALLY bad matting in the ears (from scratching due to allergies) and they were able to remove the knots without shaving her ears down! We had no issues scheduling an appointment and she was done very quickly considering! Thank you Urban Tails we will be back soon :)

Visits by appointment only. Never have to wait when I get there. Friendly and courteous staff. Jessica is great. My cat loves her. Animals that are in care seems to be in good hands.

Brought my Lola and Caramel to get groomed at Urban Tails Pet Grooming today for the first time and I’m really happy I did. The cut is even and my cuties feel so much better and look amazing. They really care about your pet. Price is right. The groomers are friendly. Would definitely go back ❤️❤️❤️

I brought my dog today in for the first time to get groomed. She has anxiety around others so I was nervous that she would be anxious all day but the staff here are amazing! They did a good job shaving her and with bathing her. Bella even got a bandana to remember this day! I highly recommend this place they will take care of your pets!

I wish I could give 10 stars! My Bernese Mountain Dog has been coming here for a year now and Jessica does a phenomenal job grooming my dog Tank. She is extra careful with him knowing he has hip dysplasia and Tank loves her. Tank did not like getting his nails trimmed however Jessica does Tanks nails every other week and he no longer has any issues. I cannot recommend Urban Tails enough! The pricing is also more reasonable for the service you get. I wish we had of discovered Urban Tails sooner! Thank you for always making Tank look amazing!

Thank you Jessica, Katie and the entire urban tails grooming team for taking such good care of my grouchy 16-year-old boy over the last couple years since moving to the area. These ladies know their stuff and although my dog can be grumpy/difficult, they somehow manage to have him fully groomed in an hour and looking super handsome each time!

Charged me way too much for what they did. For a clean up, which included: grooming on face and paws, bath, brush and teeth cleaning I paid $78. I was told that the sanitary areas would be groomed too, however I did not notice any difference. I don't know if they sprayed him or what, but he smelled was so strong, it gave me headache. My puppy also likes to play in dirt so he has a lot of dirt stuck near is mouth and he still had some left, so I am assuming that they didn't wash him properly. I would NOT recommend because it's just too overpriced.
