Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Symsen made it easy to arrange a rental pickup in Calgary and a drop off in Edmonton. He answered all of our questions and in person and over the phone. We would recommend renting from this location.

Booked a car online ahead with 2 days in advance and phoned the location to drop off the vehicle as I do not have arrangements to come and pick it up which is reasonable request.They mentioned that they cannot drop it and I have to come.If they cannot provide a good service, what is the point of running a business?

Dealt with a young man" named Peter. Rude as all hell. No explanation of why the payment method was not accepted. Asked for an ATM he said no. Explained that we'd be back once we found an ATM

I went to get a rental car from this location under my insurance policy because my car is damaged and Its not drivable. I had a reservation which made by my insurance company so I showed that reservation to the person named as PETER but he told me that your reservation is made for different location not here. He was very rude and told me to go at right location. If the airport enterprise can’t give rental car under insurance policy then he should have to know all these things.After i went to the Airport location then they told me to go back at 99 street location and get a rental car from there. I was very frustrated from the enterprise service and the car they gave me its smoked car which I don’t like the most.

Excellent customer service that went beyond the rental return. It was after closing hours when I realized that my work laptop had been left behind in the vehicle. I reached Brad, by phone, immediately after opening the next morning and was told that the vehicle was not in the yard; it had been taken to the shop for an oil change; he would check with them. A few minutes later, I spoke with Peter: the laptop was found and would be returned to Enterprise, with the vehicle, later that afternoon. Early afternoon, en route to an appointment, I popped into Enterprise to check if, by chance, it was back. No, it was still at the shop. That's when Peter offered to drive me to the shop so that I could have my laptop---much earlier than anticipated. My sincere gratitude to these two young men for their prompt, polite attention at every stage.

I went to this location to get rental car the customer service given by Mr. Peter was very bad and he was so rude. If he had fight with someone that doesn’t mean he would behave rude with everyone. He should know how to help customers and solve their problems.

They accommodated kindly when I was dropped off at the wrong location there was no issues there but when you get a rental you expect them to be clean and immaculate inside especially during Covid let alone before. I was given a car, Kia, it was disgustingly dirty inside, and then it was swapped out for a suv the vehicle I requested in the first place, this wasn’t on them but I get into this car and it’s also disgustingly dirty, and the car had summer tires on it, you would think living in Alberta one of the coldest places, that there would be winter tires on a rental vehicle and it would be properly cleaned during a pandemic. Absolutely disgusting. These photos were taken upon initial entrance of the vehicle.

I had a rental vehicle through my insurance recently and the level of service and efficiency I received was great from beginning to end with Tanner and Peter, however I can only give 3 stars because the vehicle supplied to me had a dirty stained smelly headliner and the side mirrors were filthy. It is too bad that attention to detail with cleanliness was non existent. The whole experience was great until that.

The store manager was not to pleasant to deal with. The store is dirty. Bathroom garbage was over flowing at 10am. Didn't get the vehicle that was wanted.The return went way better Brad was great
