Shoppers Drug Mart

I go out of my way to go to this shoppers every few months when I need products because of how amazing the beauty team is. Fran has always gone above and beyond to help me with products and recommendations. I truly feel like a valued customer and love attending their beauty gala events! I would (and already have) recommended this store to my friends and family.

I always go to this shoppers to buy makeup, and in general when possible. They have all the brands I like and the beauty department staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Hillary and Laura are especially knowledgeable when suggesting different brands and products!

I only have great things to say about this store, specifically the boutique. All the staff are very knowledgeable and kind, however Fran stands out as a one-of-a-kind beauty specialist. She always takes the time to ask me how my day is, and gives the best customer service I've ever had. She's helped me on several occasions and I've always left extremely satisfied with the experience. Cannot recommend her more, especially if you have specific skin care needs. She is the best!!!

The cashier old lady had a very rude attitude and behavior towards the customer. If they need to ask a customer something they should be polite and with a smiling welcoming expression with smile but no customer service skills was seen. I am mentioning the time here so that the management can see that it was around 11:58 PM on May 2nd. Didn't like the attitude of asking seriously and customer service skills with no welcome and no smile...ZERO Customer Service skills. Request the store manager to please add some training to this cashier. I forgot to look up the name bcz I was on a phone call. Thank you

Unfortunately, since this pharmacy has changed ownership/management it has been nothing but a disaster. (A text in November to pick up a prescription that had been picked up in September! Come on. And no apology?) Prescriptions not ready when they have suggested, longer wait times, and quite frankly one very rude person handing out prescriptions.It makes no sense that there are far more people working in the pharmacy but the service has been poor at best. Just seems to be no concern for efficiency, quality customer service or organization.Don’t bother with an apology, after 15+ years of excellent service, multiple negative interactions have us moving our business to Rexall.

I share the same sentiment as the previous reviews. I also dealt with the older woman cashier, she wasn’t rude but she was snappy and told me to go complain to head office because she was taught to not take passport photos of babies despite me showing her the shoppers website saying yes you do even newborns (my baby is 21 months) so I listened to her and complained. The “customer service” made my experience even worse if you can imagine that’s possible. By the 5th email they are asking me for location again lol and said “manager said your description doesn’t match the employee, thanks for your feedback” lol are we kidding??? Is this how shoppers chooses to handle customer service of a loyal customer of over 30 years? I’m so disappointed. As you can see I didn’t leave my review until the 6th correspondence as I gave them a chance to make things right - they failed. I will be sharing my honest experience on social platforms. Please give business to somewhere else who values a customer.After the 8th correspondence they confirmed they asked the wrong shoppers and gave me some points.Still very very horrible experience.

Went in with my sister to buy the billie eilish perfume our best friend used to always wear. Couldn’t find it so veru went into the back to get it for us and make the experience wonderful. Thank you so much veru for your help! You deserve a raise ❤️

the one time i was unable to get my parents prescriptions and we pre arranged for them to be delivered by this shoppers, they left my elderly father waiting for NINE HOURS when he was finally forced to take an uber and get it himself. they made excuses for themselves claiming they “attempted” to deliver it like my father wasn’t sitting and waiting for it all day. the incompetence is astounding. are you trying to kill my father? this place should be shut down. unacceptable.

I highly recommend you use a different pharmacy. They'll assure you your prescription will be ready and delivered, when in fact they do neither and you end up missing doses for days. This has happened numerous times to me at this pharmacy. It's dangerous and potentially life-threatening.
