worst airline in the world. why they still exist? first time booked a flight with them and never get onboard... well will not ever......it's a cheating company. not even worth one star...

Although we were notified that the return flight was postponed for one day, the flights are punctual in taking off and landing.The airline should improve their customer service by offering a free hotline instead of an automated message system, which loops automated replies again and again.The ground workers and the flight attendants are very friendly and polite.

Plane didn't show up in Mexico to pick up my girl..she was told to leave the airport and figure things out for herself..won't be using swoop ever

Maybe people should read up about this airline....People should know about the little baby names Dominic that pass away in flight that could of been saved had the pilot not refuse to do an emergency landing and not even call it in and have emergency crews waiting.... First and last time I will book with swoop. Low prices are not worth risk of having flights cancelled. Our return flight from Toronto has been cancelled causing us significant inconvenience. Not a chance I’d use swoop for Mexico or other out of country travel.

I had to travel for my grandmothers funeral last minute, wasn’t sure I could be there then I found swoop with a $130 return flight, that made it possible for me to go so I am very happy with that. There was no extras and for that price I don’t expect any, I can bring my own food and drink, the new 737 max is a really nice plane. The overhead bins are awesome fit so much in there now, I don’t mind paying for what I choose to bring on the plane so the extra fees for carryon is fine with me. The flight left on time and arrived on time, the flight crew was very nice so for me I am giving Swoop five stars for being there when I needed to get somewhere quickly and affordably. Thank you Swoop your aces in my book!

If you're looking for an airline that will cancel your flight at any moment then swoop is for you!

Useless airline stranding my wife in St. John’s for five extra days and then not even getting her back to Edmonton. The “best” they could offer was a flight to Calgary.

Had a good time and smooth pass for everything.
