Graham and his staff are personable and honest. I called about setting up an appointment to bring my car in and they just offered me to bring it by whenever. Got my front windshield fixed there a few months ago and it looks great. Definitely my first choice for auto glass services in the valley!

These guys are fantastic.Went in last week with my 1996 Delica that had a couple of chips in the windshield.They talked me through all the options, team were super friendly and knowledgeable.They did a fantastic job.... quickly and efficiently. These guys did such a great job on my glass repair and it was definitely the quickest + easiest car maintenance appointment I've had in town. I dropped off my vehicle at 8am, walked to coffee, got an hour and a half of work done, and had my car back! Such a seamless experience and so nice to go to a shop in a walkable area of town! My glass looks great and my car is ready for summer!

Graham and Lance were amazing! My truck went in and in just a couple hours they had a rear window installed and I was good to go. They set realistic expectations and we’re super friendly!

Within one day Graham sourced a windshield for me and booked me in for an appointment. The winshield was replaced within 2 hours, and they picked up my vehicle and dropped it off for me so I didn't have to leave work! Amazing and professional service 12/10 recommend.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Called on Friday, and he picked up my vehicle from work on Monday morning. Replaced my windshield and brought back my vehicle by lunch. these guys do an awesome job. they helped with a claim on my windshield of the car I was selling and they were very knowledgeable. fast forward to 4 days later when I chipped my new cars windshield! they instantly got me in and fixed it promptly.

A friend recommended Pristine Glass when I recently aquired a rock chip in my windshield...Called them and spoke to Lance and was told to bring my car in later that afternoon! I was more than pleasantly surprised that when I arrived Lance was able to take my car right away - Lance took care of all the paperwork and set to fixing the chip - and informed me that there was a second chip ( I had no idea) Both chips were repaired quickly and best of all my insurance allowed for the repair at no cost to me!! A very professional job handled with ease! and the waiting area was spotless too which was a bonus!
