Disgusting service. The woman at the counter is so rude. They don't even provide me a tape to put on my parcel. Does not make any sense to me paying $4 for that tape. Horrendous.

I own a small business and go here many many times a month to mail out my orders. It’s always a pleasure to see the ladies who work there! Everyone is always so nice and I’ve never ever run into a problem!

Delivery notice found in mail box around the time delivery truck left. I called to find where is my package.They said they have it in their office not on the truck. They not even loaded on the delivery truck to deliver.Just left notice in the mailbox. I was home all day and never heard any delivery attempt. The package was small and there was no reason to pick up that myself. I complained to the office she said I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE DELIVERY""

I run an online business and the ladies at this location has been super helpful with my questions. They also always weigh my packages for me before I send them off so I don't get charged extra when there's a weight discrepancy on the prepaid shipping labels.Not sure why people are giving 1-star reviews regarding them not providing tape. All Canada Post locations always sold packing materials and expect you to pack your own parcels. Bring your own packing supplies of you don't want to pay for it.

pick up my packages from this CP all the times. staffs are very helpful and friendly. have no idea why people will give a 1 star for the reason that they did not bring packing materials and the CP does no provide them for free. the line up is sometimes an issue; however, there is only 2 counters and I can tell staffs are working as fast as they can accurately deliver the packages. So for those who complaining, how about you guys go ahead and start your own shipping companies and see how it goes?

Love this location. They usually are pretty quick and efficient, and have no problem with me as a small business customer, unlike some locations. Way more reliable than the one in Shoppers' nearby. Sometimes staff can be a little surly, especially during the holidays, but I don't blame them one bit.To the people leaving one star reviews for the post office not providing tape? NO Canada Posts provide tape. None. You are supposed to pack your parcel before coming to the post office. It's not that hard. If they gave tape to everyone they would spend big bucks on tape every day, as well as tripling the time you'd be standing in line because you'd have people fumbling around taping their packages at the counter!
