The absolute WORST service I have ever received. Covey has stolen a package from me. I currently have no ID card with my new address, and was refused my parcel with 3 photo ID’s and the packing slip. This is unexceptionable. Currently returning my purchase because of Covey’s staffs incompetence.

Not being open past 5 or on weekends makes it very difficult to shop in person here, though the products and service are very good.Only rating 3 stars because of the limited hours that cannot fit the schedule effectively.
