Steven inspected our home prior to us putting it on the market. He was very professional and very, very thorough. He identified several small issues and we were able to remediate them before we listed the house, saving us any negotiations on those items. I was able to create an addendum with photos to accompany Steven's report that we will provide to prospective purchasers with his report. Steven was able to do our inspection with very short notice and did a great job of identifying the issues with the home. His accommodation of our short timelines allowed us to get quotes on the repairs prior to waiving conditions due. In the end, we did purchase the home, but feel much more confident knowing what needs to be fixed and the cost. I would 100% recommend Steven to anyone requiring an inspection of a home purchase.
