Wonderful LCBO to shop at. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and actually know their wines. I'm impressed with this particular store, however. I was there on Christmas Eve picking up some alcohol for the holidays and an older gentleman accidentally broke a bottle of alcohol and the lady present went beyond to make sure the gentleman didn't feel too bad for the mistake. Very impressed with this place.

How is Nancy still working there? I came into reviews and saw another complaint about her power tripping. It's time you cut this employee loose. She is one of the rudest, most combative employees I've come across and when a manager has to step in to correct her and over ride her when the whole line of people are telling her she's wrong, that's a problem.

Great friendly location and super helpful. I was looking for specific drink and a staff member (Kyle) asked if he could located for me. I had been to two other locations and that wasn't offered. So thanks for the drinks and will have a great night as a result.

Good selection of liquor. The staff was really helpful to find a gift for a friend’s birthday. 10/10 would recommend going here.

Great craft beer selection. Their gin, whisky, and rum selection also has some really great stuff. Medium sized LCBO with a lot of the goods.

Excellent customer service staff. Wish they had my Salted Caramel Crown Royal whiskey though.
