Cashiers here are incredibly rude. If you ask about free samples at checkout they scoff when they used to offer them upfront. Before you even have a chance to look at the Insider Rewards (which they used to inform you how many points you have and ask if you want to redeem them) they've rung up your purchase and have already turned on the card machine. What happened to asking?? If you go into the fragrance section employees literally follow you around and ask you questions every time you pick one up. Same with skincare section. Some people want to browse without being followed every step they take. Their LPs are also incredibly obvious, and make everyone feel uncomfortable. There is absolutely no reason they should be aggressively following and watching people who are just trying to look around. It makes you feel pressured to purchase something just because you've picked it up and there's now a lady staring you down and following you into every aisle. I'll often pick up products to read their ingredients and then look at reviews online. But because you're standing there with a product and on your phone you're immediately profiled. Sad because I've been a VIB for 8 years.Also from my experience a few months ago at the beauty bar - asked the artist to show me how to do winged liner for hooded lids. Instead of telling me she doesn't have experience with hooded lids, she did liner as if she would on regular lids, it was literally awful and transferred onto the base of my lid. Think Ariana Grande liner in 2013. Bad.

Came to find a right foundation shade. Staffs are amazing here. Especially thanks to Rebecca, she is patient, friendly, kind and honest throughout the whole time. We tried several brands and shades, I am glad we found the perfect one at the end. It was nice talking and shopping with her. She made my experience so smooth and enjoyable:)

Overall it's good and carries more varieties and inventory than other stores. The only downside is that the moment you enter the store you start getting chased by employees and they force you to buy the brands that they are asked to promote to meet their targets. This is something which should not happen.

Overheard Christina on the radio and she seems like a kind and motivating manager. She is attentive and knew how to manage the store and customers as they rolled in and out. She saw a line and immediately had the team on tills to cash out customers so even though the line was long for a few minutes all customers were cashed out in no time.I also want to say a massive thank you to Adriana who assisted me with selecting a Vit C for my skin. I went with the Drunken Elephant based on her experience with the brand. I trust employees who have tried out the products. She was kind and knew her stuff on skin care.Thank you to the team here they are great and I enjoyed the experience.

The main problem- under stock. Not all testers are available. When you find what you like, there are might not be a product left for you to get! Then when you try to balance these two problems you might find something. Also, a lot of products are misplaced. But this store is a mess and yes, it is overcrowded.

This is for the cashier who was mean to me today if you’re not her please keep scrolling:I was nothing but nice and patient towards you. I noticed you were struggling to complete my transaction and I was as kind as possible and you still tried to make me feel like a burden and gave me attitude. I understand you may have felt embarrassed for completing the task slower but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude. I work in the food industry so if you think retail is bad you should give that a try! If I’m lucky to meet even one customer as nice as me in a shift its a good day.

If you need anything related to skincare or makeup Sephora is the best place to go. I only needed 2 things and they had both items in stock. Staff are amazing too!

As a Rouge member it was my first time at the Sephora. My make up artist Amy did a great job!! She created the look I wanted and explained everything she was doing. The were giving special Raptors logos for game 3. And they had an area for make up lessons.Will come back for sure

I’m not sure if all locations are like this but going here is awful. Arrived to the store with my family member to purchase make up. I stood back and every second they are asking me if I need help when I’m not even looking at any items. While standing there assuming she’s the manager goes to the same lady tell her they try to catch everyone whose steals. BUT WHOS STEALING? It seems to me like racial profiling

Went with my wife and daughter. Location was jammed. It looked like people were needed to organize the crowds. Array of products appeared to be amazing, but stock was limited.
