Booked for a rekey of my new house. Good calendar availability and technician showed up on time. Due to bad luck, I lost my wallet the day of the appointment and had no way of paying but they were understanding and offered me an alternate mode of payment.

Do good work, price seems reasonable,but they seem to have a arrogant attitude when you talk to them, it's a buy or get out attitude....chuck

I needed a couple of transponder keys cut for my Toyota that I had ordered online. Trevor and company went above and beyond my expectations while helping me troubleshoot how to program the keys myself.I recommend their services to everyone. Thanks a lot guys! I’ll be back!

Outstanding service!!! I had to pick my daughter up from school early as she had a stomach bug and when we arrived home and I was unpacking the car, the door shut locking my four year old daughter inside with my keys and phone. I called one locksmith service and explained the issue, they said it would be at least an hour until someone could help me unlock the car. I then called Kildonan lock service and the operator explained they were quite busy today so I may need to wait until the afternoon. I then explained that my daughter is locked inside the car and the operator immediately spoke to the manager who personally dropped everything to run to our aid. Trevor Dawson arrived to our house within 5-10 minutes of my phone call and promptly unlocked my car door. Trevor very kindly offered the service free of charge as he recognized how tough the situation we had found ourselves in was, explaining it didn’t feel right to charge for the service. Nothing but great things to say about this company!!!!! They really made a bad morning quite bright with their outstanding customer service and exemplary level of kindness. Thank you again guys!!! One hundred star rating!

Went twice to have keys made at 2 different Canadian Tire locations. Both were bum keys. I remembered dealing with Kildonan Lock years back, so I went and explained my problem to them. They made me 3 keys and didn't charge me a penny! I was amazed at the service! This is a company that cares! Great business sense. Very rare these days. Yes all 3 keys worked! Thanks again.

I recently worked with them on a sub-contract for the first time. It is a VERY well run business. Good people on the inside coordinating and communicating in a thorough manner (Trevor is who I dealt with). Great employees on the tools. They sent a tech named Mike to fix a job for me that we needed their help with. He fixed it promptly and without issue, then gave me a courtesy calle immediately afterwards to inform me of another problem that he had solved for us proactively on his own. Then Trevor followed up soon afterwards, just to make sure that I had all of the information that I required from them. I don’t see service like that much these days and it was good enough that I felt I should go out of my way to promote the ones who are still doing it right. Thank you for the amazing experience!
