Nor/Am Auto Body Parts

I purchased a set of rocker panels that were hard to find. Called their store and was able to confirm they had my parts. They had the only set available for me in Canada. Price was good, shipping was free and quick. Will purchase from again!

I recently ordered some body panels for my vehicle. There was an error in the shipment. When I contacted the Noram people, they were very good to deal with and the correct parts were shipped immediately. I am pleased with the parts and the service and I will definitely be ordering from Noram again.

NEVER order from this company , save your time and money and go somewhere reputable. Incredibly disappointing experience. Order for parta that were supposed to be in stock and ready to ship" hadnt even been looked at for processing a month later. We are all living in a covid world

I looked throughout south western Ontario for parts for a truck that I am making road worthy, as a student everything is time sensitive and cost worthy. I spoke with Donna who was very pleasant and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. Now back to my parts, the parts purchased through Noram were nearly $150 less than anywhere I call and looked up. I will have my parts shipped and will update, hopefully my review will make a 5 start review………Review update. Parts arrived in less than 5 business days, super pleased with Norram and their service, highly recommended.

I'm amazed this company is even in business. They're completely incompetent and don't prioritize the customer at all, terrible communication and customer service. Complete waste of my time. 0/5I ordered rocker panels from here because they had the best price I could find in Canada. I got the confirmation email for the order but didn't hear anything for the next week, so I called to check on the order. They told me it would be 3-4 weeks to get the parts from their supplier, even though the parts were in stock on their website. I called again after not hearing anything for 3 weeks and they said it would be looked into and to expect a call back. No one contacted me, so I called back the next day and cancelled the order.

I had ordered a pair of full rocker panels for an 81 C10. I knew it would take a few weeks for shipping. They were up front about that. I had ordered a set of inner and outer rockers and a floor pan from another, larger company ( also Canadian) who told me they would ship faster. Turns out Nor / Am was bang on with their shipment time assessment, and the other company was way off,. Parts arrived the same day. Their shipping was free from Nor / Am, other company charged me $200, and the parts were PERFECT. Perfect fit, not a blemish or a mark on them. The more expensive parts from the other company came with dings and bent corners. I couldn't be happier with the service at Nor / Am and I will definitely be using them for any more body panels for these old trucks.

Found Nor/Am while searching for rocker panels for a 2010 ford focus. Before placing an order. I wanted to be sure of the size and fit. I need both sides.Tried several times to contact by phone. Never an answer, so i left my information plus what i was looking for. No responseLeft email messages with request. No responseResponded on their website with my request. No response.Very poor customer service. They have my email and phone number and have not responded. It has been over a week. They say on their site the order may take a few weeks. If this is a problem, then you should contact them. Don't bother as they don't respond. After seeing other reviews, I can see there are issues.Dont bother with this company.

Tried to order rockers for a Chrysler 300 Website showing In Stock Called daily , got the run around ... in shipping... you should see them in a few days -- a week later -- No Answer -- Have Emailed -- Nothing--WHY be in business if you aren't going to provide product ?? I hope people read reviews B4 ordering cause you won't get your order
