Maple City Custom Fence & Decks

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Wish I never hired, would never recommend or use again. Attention to detail, communication and organization are all things that lacked in the experience. Buyer beware

Chad and his crew built a beautiful deck in front of my house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a deck or fence.

Chad and his crew did an awesome job on our new deck. Finished it quicker then we thought and left a clean work site after it was all done. Great customer service and a great experience for us.

Just got our new fence done by Chad Beaumont at Maple City Fence and Deck. Couldn't be happier! All work was completed as quoted with quality workmanship! Fence exceeded my expectations and neighbors commenting on how great it looks! Would highly recommend for your fencing and deck needs!

Gave him half the money up front for materials as he requested, went to his house give him 4500$ cash. He said 3 to 4 weeks to start my job, waited 3 weeks to call him. He did not answer my text or calls for 4 days and was very ignorant saying he was very busy.and turned into a nightmare after that ,long story short he didn’t do the job and I’m out 4500 dollars. He is definitely a strange fellow.

Friendly and prompt service, called me next day to book a quote. Finished job in no time, looks great! Definitely recommend!

Maple City Custom Fence & Decks just completed renewal and improvement of our two decks and privacy fencing. They were responsive to our design needs and completed the work as quickly as weather would allow. We are very pleased with the result (see photograph).

I made 2 separate appointments for estimates with Chad, the first one I reach out just before the appointment to confirm the time (thank goodness I did because looking back now it's likely he would have just bailed without notice) to which he said he was at another site and couldn't make it. We rescheduled the following week for 9 am, a little after 9 I texted him and he said he lost his contacts and asked who I was, I responded then called and left a message, no reply. Finally at 11:30 he replied and said he can come in the afternoon. He was not apologetic or at all bothered by missing our appointment. When I asked about our 9 am appointment (which we had confirmed twice) he just said he is on vacation and stayed longer. He doesn't seem to see any issue with not communicating or canceling our appointment ahead of time, nor did he apologize for missing our appointment altogether.He seemed nice from the start and got back to same day I called but I do not recommend because he is very flakey and has no understanding or respect for other people's time.
