Shannon was great to work with! I agree with most of the reviews, and would add that Shannon has patience and perseverance. She helped us with a great mortgage when purchasing our second house, and it was a 6 month ordeal with multiple offers and subjects falling through, yet she was always there and made us feel confident that the mortgage part was in order.
