Fast and friendly service for creating building fobs and sharpening knives. I got a fob made and two knives sharpened in 10 min. Prices are super affordable, much better than what the condos are asking for fobs. Sharpening is only $6 per knife too.

Fred is awesome and so helpful. He generally doesn’t do it while you wait but he was so accommodating and really did an awesome job. Under 10 mins he fixed my bag which was unusable as it came off the handle. Thankyou so much fred.

Amazing service. I had 5 pairs of 3+ year old (expensive) shoes that were sitting in my closet covered in dust dirt and whatever else. I brought them in on the off chance that they could help. ALL FIVE ARE BEANS NEW. I will never throw out a pair of shoes again.

Had a fantastic experience cleaning my old and dusty/scuffed dress shoes here and getting some insoles for them too! When cleaning they also cut the insoles for size and got them set up for wedding season! I was happy enough to bring back my Timberlands and black Stan Smiths and can’t wait to see how they turn out soon too!

Humble old time guy running a shoe store. The level of service is hard to find.I went to get keys cut and he finished two in about less than 5 minutes. Charged me ~$7 per key and I wanted to tip him but he firmly rejected.

I brought a pair of my favourite broken shoes to Fred at Loblaws Queens Quay. They are a pair of gold Naots which I have worn all over the world. The most comfortable and stylish city walking shoes but I had worn out the sole. It was disintegrating and I figured I was going to have to throw them out. But I brought them to Fred and he totally refurbished them, put on great new soles and took special care to make them look almost new. I am so happy with the kind and competent service that Fred gave me. Now I have many more kilometres of walking to do in my favourite gold shoes. Fred is the best!
