Expected Roger to be my hygienist but was blindsided with a new less experienced hygienist. Roger has been my hygienist for probably over 15 years. Very upset management would schedule this appointment without notifying me of the change and asking me whether I would accept the change. I demand that Roger be my hygienist in the future.

This was a minor repair and I found the cost of it way too high for someone without dental insurance. I am a patient at this dental office and I am not impressed that you charge $125 additional cost for the right to have your tooth fixed on top of an already high cost. This was a fast repair that took minutes. Jim

The dental hygienist I had was very kind and gentle. She asked me if I was bothered by anything and told me what she was doing next. She helped me through the anxiety I get going to the dentist.

I really appreciated West Ridge Family Dentistry fitting me in for a same-day appointment when I was concerned about pain in my lower jaw and a particular tooth. As someone who is easily anxious at the dentist, the ability to come right away saved me days of constant worrying that would undoubtably have effected my productivity at work. I found the technician to be very patient while taking an X-Ray, carefully explaining everything to me so I had no questions and never making me feel embarrassed for being anxious over something so routine. The dentist was gentle and thorough, both of which I greatly appreciated.

Great experience at West Ridge yesterday. The receptionist Erin was incredibly nice and welcoming. My hygienist Sarah was knowledgeable, super kind, and went way above what’s normally expected during a cleaning appointment. Highly recommend this dentistry. If there was an option for more than 5 stars they definitely deserve it.

My appointment was for a check-up and cleaning. Both dentist and hygienist were on schedule. Follow-up appointments were made in the operatory, giving me an opportunity to book a time suitable to my schedule as well. I knew what my I insurance covered before leaving the office. Dr. St Pierre was thorough and explained what would happen at the next visit. Sarah the hygienist gave me some suggestions to improve my cleaning techniques. Both staff put me at ease. A positive experience.

I'm only giving it a 2 because the female staff were great and it was a thorough exam; otherwise it would be 0. Dr. St Pierre does not have any bedside manners. I had 4 broken teeth. His suggestion was to pull all 4, add an implant and make a denture to fit. I went back to my previous dentist who pulled one and fixed the three. The office also requires to pay for the appointment in full and wait for the insurance money back. Most dentists will only make you pay for the difference. If it was a great experience, I would have understand why his charges are higher than others, but it wasn't.

As per Dentist hygienist Standards Sarah is best I went there for the cleaning and she was amazing. Overall, my disappointment was that they have high prices which are not covered by my insurance If you have insurance just make sure that you match Dentist fee standards.

Excellent. Excellent.All staff are amazing. Right from listening to your concern on the phone to assessing you in person and providing service. Secretary, hygienist, dentist etc.Too many to name. Everybody does their best too make you feel comfortable while making you aware of every step and decision along the way.Definitely a family atmosphere and bond. I am proud to say they are my dentist, back up dentist and emergency dentist.They are completely professional and above the bar by all means.
