I loved my experience at Hillsview, very accommodating staff and knowledgeable coaches and so welcoming and friendly!! The horses are so fun, coal particularly is like sitting on a comfy couch and Rosie is so fiery I love her spirit!! What makes it even better is how many horses they rescue and rehabilitate. The numerous success stories in that barn are so inspiring. Definitely would ride their again, only reason I stopped is because I moved south.

The staff have been nothing but phenomenal any time I have been out! The Horses are super well taken care of and loved. The lessons are taught by fantastic, knowledgeable coaches who always go above and beyond.I would recommend this facility to anyone who will listen or is in need of lessons! Keep up the Fantastic work Hillsview.

Hillsview allowed me to fulfill a lifelong dream of learning to ride. They offer a friendly, inclusive, safe environment that allows riders to enter and learn at their level and pace. The care that they show their horses is second to none. Even when I’m not able to ride it’s one of my favourite spots to decompress. ❤️

I have had nothing but happy experiences every time I'm at Hillsview. The staff are all amazing and very knowledge, especially Tracy! The horses are their first priority and are very well looked after, like members of their own families. Well done Hillsview!

Hillsview was a place where I grew up learning how to ride. They used to have great programs and coaches alike! However in recent years they're programs have gone downhill. One of their coaches frequently pays more attention to her phone than her students. Several times when this coach was working the barns I noticed the horses had little water in the outdoor trough and the horses who were in stall rest had no water at all. Their stalls also were not properly bedded. This surprised me quite a bit as this coach works for the SPCA. They also tend to use more experienced riders for free labour cleaning the barns. If you are looking for riding lessons I would strongly recommend another facility in the Sudbury area. Hillsview Stables has discouraged my passion for riding.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The horses are amazing and everything is so clean and well taken care of. If you are looking for a place to ride or learn how to ride, this is the place.

About 5 weeks ago a joined the ladies night riding. I was a little apprehensive because I have not ridden a horse in a group setting since I was 8 (I am 39 now) nor did I know anything about English riding. My riding experience is very limited and I have a lot to learn. Tracie is an amazing teacher. Never has she made me feel like I don’t belong. Her patience and knowledge make things easier to pick up. While I do learn a lot in the class- I also laugh a lot. I look forward to Wednesday night ladies night!!
