Genie and Jason's Pool Service

I found the ad when searching for someone to close my pool for the house I had just moved in to. It was green and a mess and I let them know that this was the case. The plan was for them to come out 3 times and the on the 3rd visit close it officially. But it was determined that more work / visits would be needed and the only additional money I had to spend was for a specific chemical needed to clear up how cloudy it was. In the end, the 3 planned visits turned into about 10 and my pool was clear when they closed it. I am very grateful to them for what they did. They acted like it was their pool and did everything in their power to get it right and close it for the original price I was given. Can't wait for them to open it next summer! Thanks!!!

For the 2nd season, Genie closed (Sept 2018) and OPENED (April 2019) my pool and the water was crystal clear under the winter cover. All equipment up and running with no problems! I scheduled the opening with a call back in February and she quickly confirmed the opening date. There was no double checking or wondering if she was coming...she was here when stated and on time! She and her crew were IMPECCABLE as ALWAYS! We’ve had our pool for 20 years and the winter cover has NEVER come off with water perfect under it until we hired Genie! The money saved in chemicals, time and cleaning is something to consider. I would never go anywhere else...I’ve hired nearly every local pool service in this area over the past 20 years...and none of them can come close to the IMPECCABLE service, honesty and quality of Genie’s work! Thank YOU for another perfect open and close Genie!!!

Genie and her crew came out today and did a great job. They truly went above and beyond. They wrapped my cover up nicely and secured it with rope. They also cleaned all the leaves and debris off the pool deck so it wouldn't blow in the pool. We Will definitely be using her company from now on. She communicated the process before hand and what we needed to do to prepare for them. Thanks for the great service!

I wish I could post the pictures of the before and after of my pool. Genie did a great job. My pool went from emerald green to clear in just three days! I would recommend Genie's Pool service to everyone!

I called and their message stated they were not taking new customers. I text for advice and Genie was amazing. She graciously talked me through what to do for a black algae problem. Genie even called around for chemicals. I am beyond impressed with her service and kindness. I highly recommend.

IF THEIR WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE A 0 STAR REVIEW I WOULD HAVE!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst pool service I could’ve expected! Such a disappointment from the horrible pool and customer service of opening my pool! They literally charged $250 to simply take the cover out and add 8lbs of chlorine THATS IT!! They did not scrub the edges or vacuum the pool! If you are looking for a clean and professional company I recommend you look elsewhere! Just as bad as the pool service was the customer service was even worse! I contacted them regarding the horrible pool opening job that was done and relayed my concerns and the lady was not understanding and hung up the phone and said will no longer continue my services! SO THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Even if this company was your last option i recommend going elsewhere!

Genie was rude ! Also said she sent a invoice and a appointment was made with my fiance n never received it ! Swore n got crazy when i asked questions about wheres the contact etc. Pool still dirty .i would never use this private pool person again ! Ive never experienced anything like this before. You dont deal with just a fiance you deal with the couple ! ALSO WHAT POOL COMPANY IS OPEN 24 HOURS . DOES SHE WORK ON POOLS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT

Very disappointed. “Genie” refused to perform work for my family and I because I WOULD NOT PAY IN FULL for her services “UP-FRONT”She demanded all money be paid up front. My wife and I discussed at length with her about this situation. She made us feel very uncomfortable and pressured.I asked her to leave and she did.We told her we are more than happy to pay as soon as she’s done however she was not willing to do her job first and THE. GET PAID.Felt like a “setup” to be honest.She wasted a lot of my time and my families time.
