Sussex Insurance - Port Coquitlam

Waited a hour in a line up because the guy rather socialize than do his job, then tells me he can't complete a vehicle transfer because it's 758pm but they're open till 9pm. What a joke. Went down the street to superstore and the gut did it right away.

Horrible customer service. This location failed to give proper information when I was returning my plates and canceling my insurance. I had to contact ICBC because the sussex agent didn't even know where my plates were or what they did with them. They would not take responsibility and were extremely rude to me on the phone. I highly recommend using another broker.

I just got there to update my drivers license and insurance. Very friendly and super helpful staff there. He answered a lot of questions about the whole insurance system for me too because I‘m new to BC and wanted to learn about things here. This will definitely be my future go to place whenever I want to insure a new car. Can definitely recommend it!

So last Sunday I went in to do a registration, transfer and put insurance on a used vehicle I had purchased and had the the pleasure of having Linda help me! Honestly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time...anywhere. She was immensely knowledgeable and patient with me. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. If you need insurance I highly recommend you go see her. She has been in the industry for years and knows her stuff and genuinely enjoys helping people. I had never met her before that day but left feeling as if I had made a new friend. I won't be going to anyone but her for all my insurance needs from now on! She was amazing! Can't say enough good things about her.

Went there with some questions about the new Insurance changes.The guy there was very informative and explained it thoroughly.Nice to finally find an agent that knew what he was talking about. Mostly you get an agent that tells you to call ICBC and is unhelpful...Will definitely come back to renew.

Don't bother yourself going there bad customer service

The gentleman that helped me renew my truck insurance today was fantastic- very fast and efficient (I was seriously there 4 minutes tops). The employee was very polite and wished me a wonderful day upon leaving. Definitely recommend this location and would go here again.

Today your working employee, yelled, belittled and told me to stop speaking today. I have been a customer for years and feel extremely disrespected. The tone, attitude and volume of voice coming from this site's employee was the most disrespectful and abusive customer service I have ever encountered. Looking through the posts I can see others have experienced this. After asking him to stop yelling at me, he then refused to serve me and said I couldn't speak to a manager because they are unavailable.Never returning and will be in contact with the complaint department.
