Never have I had the type of first class service like this. I mean not even just dry cleaning. I had dropped off my very expensive duvet that had freshly spilled coffee on it to Valiant. I could have gone to any of the two cleaners only three blocks away but I had bad experiences from both, so no. Instead I Googled and found Valiant. I called in advanced to see if they could clean it and spoke to Donny. He gave me a full (not lengthy) understanding on how they would take care of my duvet, when I only asked if they could clean it. Right away I knew they know what they are doing.The price is very reasonable (I didn't bother comparing others). He taped visible areas where we could see the stains when I arrived. Less than a week later I have my amazing duvet back (like new) but here is where Donny showed customer obsession. Today we are expecting heavy snowfall (almost 35cm). He texted me in the morning to say it was ready. I was not able to pick it up today but since I live about 8 mins away he decided to close shop early and drop it off at my home and avoid the risk of travelling in the snow. Who does this anymore? Valiant does!Thank you Donny for your amazing service and helping us stay warm in this freezing night. You have earned yourself a repeat customer and advocate for your business. I found my dry cleaners.

Donnie and the team at Valiant Cleaners do a wonderful job! They are super lovely and do an amazing job with dry cleaning. They are also pros at stain removal (just don't put anything else on it and they can get it out!!!). Prices are more than reasonable and turnaround time is always faster than I anticipate. They are open in the evenings which is super convenient. Highly recommend.

Donny and his team are awesome always on time and always welcoming to his store!
