I need to update my review. I have repeatedly dealt with Fairviw Photo for the past 12-14 framing jobs after getting grossly overquoted for a print, see belows first post.Anyhow, like I said, i've had at leat 12-14 prints done now and they have saved me based on the Michaels pricings aMinimum of $2000-$2500. Erin, who does the actual framing is spectacular and they are very fair on their pricing.I read a few reviews and a common denominator is as it seems ppl saying that they didn't tell the owners or even call them to go over their issues , you all may want to try that because they really have been spectacular, a special shout out to Erin and Pat, always giving 100%to make us customers 100% satisfied._________________________________I was a devoted Micheals customer until Nov 2022. I went to get a print framed, i normally buy larger prints, i normally pay $250-325 Maximum. The attendent said that they are having a 60% off sale. When he quoted me it was with tax almost $600Ive had probably in my lifetime 20+ prints at Micheals, i laughed and said FORGET IT, and that included the 60% off._____________________________________On FB, ppl suggested Fairview photo. They did what i wanted micheals did for $225, tax jncluded, frame, 2 matts, glass and assembly. Pat and Erin are great people at Fairview photo.Update: November29/2022.: just picked up 2 more prints that I had framed, and 1 that was repositioned. Pat and I am so sorry, cannot remember the other lady's name did fantastic work yet sgain . The repositioning i expected to pay at least 80-100 and it was $42.00 tax in.Since being referred to them I have had 5 done and 2 or 3 still in to be done, i am in no rush. That you to all at Fairview Photo for a job well done and being so kind snd helpful.

Worst Customer ServiceI had damaged my Canon camera and brought it in to them to send for repairs on June 29. After calling about a week later to see and approximate time frame to know if I would be able to get it fixed or not they advised about 2 weeks to hear back from Canon and about 2-3 more for repairs if it could be repaired. I gave it 2 months to call me assuming Covid slows everything down. I called back on August 26 to ask if there was any news on my camera and a man replied saying he “had already had this conversation with me” which had not occurred and not in a kind tone I may add. He then says it cant be fixed and asks if I “even want the camera back.” Seems like an odd question to me personally, of course I want it back.Off the bat, I didn’t get a good vibe from them and that certainly did not change and only got worse.This is not to run everyone down the younger guy was nice the whole time, but the rest of them seem to have an attitude.I would strongly recommend driving to any Henry’s than going there. They’re not very welcoming.

The photobooks are excellent quality. Printing is always impressively fast. My most recent purchase had a glitch and they fixed it in a way that left me very impressed and excited to return to the friendly staff

Very fast and reasonably priced. I love the photo editing options with the online submission. Our pictures always turn out exceptional.

Great service! I requested them to email me the picture as I was running out of time to apply for a visa application . They said they will be able to email the next day as it’s only 40 mins to close however they were kind enough to email me the pictures the same evening. It was helpful and pictures came out great as well, I have been going to different photo labs before and quality was poor. So 5 stars for Fairview lab !

Called on Saturday Jan 14th to ask about getting passport photos done for my son. Said he was 4 weeks old and would you do him.Person on the phone said yup so I come to the store to be told by a lady working that he was to small and that no one around would do him.So I just went to Walmart where I had all of my other children's photos done. I should have known better after seeing the 3.3 star rating of this business. So much for trying to spend my money at small business instead of big corporations.The staff at Walmart were great and prices are even cheaper.

Made some old slides into pictures, did a great job. Very quick turn around, Thank you

Staff bailed on us in 30 seconds! Just like that, we bailed on Fairview Photo. Rather not have allocated any star.

I am generous with 5 star reviews, especially for local businesses. However, we don't expect to be treated as a burden when we come in an ask for a photo for our 7 month old baby. Bad attitude of employees , and will not come back to give them our business. Nothing against the owner or manager, but we will not be dealing with that.

Great efficient, knowledgeable and courteous service for camera gear. Thought I needed my sensor cleaned, but ended up being a different issue. Rob talked me through my camera needs and was very evidently more concerned about helping me achieve the best results with my camera than trying to have me purchase more gear. Five stars for service and truly caring about their customers' photography! Thank you, Rob.
