Ridiculous working hours. Rest of the hospital is open 24/7 and need to leave to get food/ coffee after hours??

Went there today May 11th. 2018 and had breakfast. English muffin was not toasted and very dry. Bacon was way under cooked and the cheese was half on half on the sandwich. Was very disappointed.

Best Tim Hortons" in the city! Always injuring myself so I have an excuse to come to the hospital. Last time I came here they threw in an extra "timbit" after I said my daughter was dying from cancer. So touching."

An excellent, large franchise that serves Cambridge Memorial Hospital. The staff are very friendly and used to a lot of business from all sorts of patients, visitors and employees. Highly recommended if you're here for any reason, they hold high standards and provide excellent service.

Even though it is only take out, it is still sooo slow. I remember a few years back coming to this Tim Hortons when it was in original place, there were ladies that worked there, Nicole, Jessica and Tracey and it was friendly and quick but they still made you feel welcome. Now it’s literally a job. They don’t seem to enjoy it. If you don’t want to deal with people, get out of customer service. The food is now mediocre and the coffee is not always hot. I have had to ask them twice to remake my coffee because it was cold. I ordered a candy cane hot chocolate with whipped cream. I said there was no whipped cream and they advised me it was melted already. I really don’t like coming here but when you’re stuck at CMH, it’s the best you can do as they understandably don’t want people running in and out for coffees. They need lots of work!

Long wait times during 2-4pm, stopped serving hot foods before they close, they dont have someone periodically cleaning the cafeteria

The Tim Hortons at Cambridge Memorial Hospital is a busy place but after my procedure I had coffee and a donut which made me feel a hole lot better.
